I'm Worried!! Help please! this is serious: my room mate had some Fleet-its a sort of laxative made out of Bisacodyl. Twinkle ate one yesterday and now she is making gagging and weird noises! I dont know what to do. I don't know if its poison or no. I am in my panick mode and if anything I wont be able to take her to the vet until this Saturday because of work! Does anyone know what I should do or if she is going to die from it??!! |
Oh no, I hope she doesn't die,..........Can you at least call the vet and ask if she needs medical attention?? Please call. Hope she is ok:( |
This sounds serious...work or no, you need to get her to the vet immediately!!! You could lose her. |
I would take her into the vet or get your room mate to take her in!! I don't think you should wait until Saturday! |

cocoa puff?? |
How can you post that she ate something poisonous and is gagging and then say you will immediately call the vet but then post in threads about underbites and breeding? You need to get her to a vet or emergency clinic right away. Take the package with you. It will also be important for them to know how much she ingested. See Below. BRAND NAME(S): Fleet Bisacodyl This medicine is harmful if swallowed. If you or someone you know may have taken this medicine by mouth, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. |

She ate one yesterday but is only now gagging? I would think she would have had some symptoms yesterday after eating it. Did you call the vet then? What did they say? |
I hope your baby is okay...:( I would definately take her to the vet! |
Poison Control Center works for dogs too and is free. You should have called them YESTERDAY when she ingested it, not waited until today to see if there is a problem. IMO, if you have time to be on YT, you have time to go to the vet. This is an emergency that could take the dogs life. Work is no excuse at this point. Not to mention that this is a PUPPY that you've only had for a few weeks. You should have more carefully considered your work obligations before taking on such a responsibility. (BTW, you don't live near Malibu, do you?) |
