Most vets won't neuter them until between 5-6 mos. but, as long as they don't start lifting their legs before then, which usually they dont, as they usually don't lift until maturity, they usually always continue to squat or just kind of bend down..:) |

I hope you get him! If my hubby even said he was a cute ewok (which he never says anything is cute:rolleyes: , spoils the babies though) anyway, your hubby just HAS to say yes!!!!! Actually when I got Gracie he was at work and when I got home with her I took a picture and sent it to him and told him he bought her for my birthday!!!!! He wasn't really happy with me but she wormed her way around daddy's little finger. Cody was easy to train (we still have a few accidents) but when he would deliberately go on the floor he was put into a diaper. |

Wow. He is so cute. He's different...one-of-a-kind. I can't quite put my finger on it. His ears definitely are attention-getters! In a couple of the pictures, he looked like he was wearing a Mickey Mouse hat. LOL! He looks serious...like he's thinking. I think he has an old soul. I feel like I need to stare at him. Well, I have two boys, a bichon who was neutered at six months and Nappy who was neutered at 5.5 months. My Bichon, never lifted his leg but for once or twice in his life (he is 13.5 years old and squats) BUT.... my little Nappy, the Biewer, LOVES to lift his leg AFTER neutering. So I don't think it holds true for every male. I thought, too, that they didn't lift the leg after neutering, but I was wrong LOL. Luckily, he is still pretty good about pottying inside the litterbox, but always aims for the very edge :rolleyes: , and seems very proud to be a leg-lifter. |
Dina, he is a DOLL!!! I love his ears!!! and his eyes are screaming sweetness. Paisley, Pia and Trixie sure would love to have a little brother to chase around and boss around, wouldn't they??????????? :) :) What girl doesn't want a little brother????????? :D :D And Snoot, isn't it about time he had a brother to pal around with???? 2 Attachment(s) It's funny because both of mine had the big hair ears, and I thought it looked so cute on them, Mickey's such a mommy's boy you will love having a little boy. Here are 2 pics one of Mickey and One of Minnie when their ears was like that. Of course it was all hair and they both have tiny ears that stand right up now. well Mickeys ears always stood up But Minnie had the one floppy ear and it was so cute in her baby pictures. People would say I never seen a Yorkie with big ears like your Mickey has. LOL I loved his big ears and knew it was only hair. But with them shaved he has the littest ears. but loved that look. |

Oh my gosh!!! Get him! He is toooooo tooooooooo cute!!!!! I love him! As far as pee pad training and boys, Turbo only lifts his leg outside and the pad inside is flat, and he ever so gently, picks his back leg up just enough that he still feels like a manly man peeing, but not so much that is goes everywhere. haha. I dunno if that made sense? |

Well, Mary Kay, there has to be one in every bunch, lol For the most part when you have them neutered before they start lifting, they usually don't..! A handful do, and guess you have one of the handful....:D |
On the airlines, it depends on who you use..but, I know the breeder I used charged $250, and I looked when they got here, and it was $167 for shipping(there were 2 in the crate), but, she also had to buy the crate and a few other things out of her pocket, so, you have to reimburse for the crates and such.. |
Geez, I gotta agree...I love his "look". Good luck with the begging and pleading...you can convince him, I think he'll take one look at his pic and his heart will melt...he will say yes...he will say yes, maybe? |

Dina, he is soooooooooo adorable!! And he does look like an Ewok!! What a cutie!! I hope you can get him. Girl where are you finding all these adorable babies?! I think I will let you pick out my new baby next time, lol. He is just too cute. I love the ears, it is the one physical trait that I love the most about Destiny. Oh and to answer your question, boys can be pad trained. Scampers isn't neutered and he still squats to go on the pad. And he is the biggest cuddle bug ever, well Brownie too. It seems that the boys are much more cuddly than the girls. You would love having a baby boy yorkie and Snoot would have a brother to play with!! |
