Just had to share this picture of a good friend of ours that recently married. She dated my son in highschool (8 years ago) & was always playing with our Yorkie Mocha. She remained good friends with our family even after they quit dating, & yorkies remained her favorite kind of dog. Her fiance proposed to her by buying her a yorkie puppy (Paris) & putting the ring around her little collar. Isn't this picture just too cute!

That picture is toooo cute! Both the yorkie and the Bride look beautiful. That is such a cute story, what a special way he proposed to her. Thanks for sharing with us, I love the picture.

Oh how cute! I think that is the cutest thing I've ever seen. Where did they get the cute little yorkie tiara and veil? By the way, the bride is very beautiful too.

That is so cute! I loved the way he proposed to her! Both the Bride and the Yorkie look so beautiful in that picture! :D

That has GOT to be the BEST engagement story I've ever heard! Oh my goshhhh!!!!!

She's beautiful, and so is her little yorkie! Wow!

One of my best friends' had her family yorkie as the ring bearer. He so elegently pranced down the aisle - looked totally adorable! Then during the wedding ceremony, he just sat down and behaved like a good dog!

She lives in Knoxville now, but her family yorkie, Smokey, lives with her parents and younger siblings, who are missionaries in Germany! (Smokey, named after the mascot of the UT Vols).

Anyway, thanks SO MUCH for sharing that great story and picture! That totaly made my day. How awesome.

With three kids, all in their twenties, I must say that we have SEVERAL "exs" that we have remained friends with. I just love my kids' friends & those they have dated. They spend so much time at our house & you get so close to them, it's hard when they quit dating! :( But, I think they all know they will always be welcome at our house anytime! Kassidy, the bride, cuts my sons hair!! When we lost Mocha last year - you would not believe how many of our kids' friends were as sad as we were, because Mocha had been around during their junior high & high school years!

Aww, Thanks for sharing that picture. I am totally obsessed with weddings and anything in that nature so, for me the picture & story were a big treat!!!!!

How beautful and happy they both look!! I love the engagement story also. What a treat to receive a Yorkie, a ring, and a marriage proposal all at once!! Will have to remember that as advice for when my 7 month old son plans to propose MUCH later in life :p Congratulations to the Bride and Groom and their little furbaby!! :rose:
