The thing is with wheel chairs (I know that is not your aunt's case B.F) the building would have to be built with wider doors and have ramps instead of stairs in some areas and kitchen counters are lower. There are so many rules it is hard to keep up with them all. We only have two of the 40 apts that would work for someone in a wheel chair. |
Hi, My name is CindyC, I also am having trouble now with housing, I have a 2Yr Old Yorkie named Bella, and she means everything to me, and the apartment housing Co-Op that I live in wants me to get rid of my Bella. Well I would never let anyone take her from. These co-op apartment complex make there own rules and regulation I'm soooo Pissed about the topic, If anyone knows of any legal action for animals or lawyers please get back to me:( |

Ah I know how difficult landlords can be.. I\'m currently renting an apartment in Elizabeth, NJ with my boyfriend and the landlord has been nothing but a PAIN! I know in New Jersey tenants have more rights than landlords. Hopefully your mom gets to keep her dog in the apartment!! |
