http://www.gsdsecrets.com/what-not-to-feed.htm I agree with Most stuff on this list. I just wish they specified that its COOKED bones which are dangerous to dogs and cats. These bones can splinter and break and cause obstructions. Raw bones, however, as excellent for dogs and cats. Also just to clarify, tuna can be given as a treat, it just can't be given as a main part of their diet. The tuna fish we eat is processed foods and it doesn't have all the nutrients in it that say a fresh tuna would have. I wish my cat some tuna every time i eat it because he likes it. No harm done. |
tuna I think it is just "real tuna" for humans- I think that the cat food one is alright! What is not good forthem they take out! I fed Sapphire some tiny shimp one time when I was out of her fancy feast- she turned her Nose up! she does not like people food anyway! |
10 things See if this works: http://www.gsdsecerets.com/what-not-to-feed.htm or their source http://www.stluciaanimals.org/nottofeed.php I printed this info out and I am taking this addresses off that! I hope they work! |

grapes? Does anyone know why dogs shouldn't eat grapes?? All my other dogs LOVED them. For the little ones I would bite into them pieces for them. ~Melody |

Grapes and raisins can cause severe kidney failure. Raisins are especially dangerous since they are dehydrated and more concentrated. I wouldn't feed any grapes to my dog |
Oh No --- why not ham??? I just gave mine both some deli ham two days ago actually quite a bit. Is it too salty? I wont ever again but i am wondering why? |

I looked up why dogs should not eat ham and found this link: http://www.associatedcontent.com/art..._your_dog.html It says that it can have negative effects on their digestive tracts. You will probably notice that your dog will have diarrhea if he eats pork or ham, or he might even vomit with blood. Yikes! |
beef soup bones OK, what about beef soup bones, my guys love knawing on them..especially when I have one teething...I was just at the pet store and now they sell them, at a mere 6.99 each plus tax.. Hope they are still ok..oh what would I do without them... anyway know about them...please post it.. pooh's mum |
