Hello Ladies!!!

Just wanted to share my quick story with you ladies.. After a few years and lots of stress I had put on over 25 pounds.. I tried Adipex and lipo shots and they seemed to work.. But only because they forced me to not eat, because as soon as I stopped taking them, I went back to my bad eating habits. :((

Well I am proud to say I finally found a product that worked for me, and I feel amazing.. I just completed the 24 day challenge a couple weeks ago and I still got a ways to go, but I wanted to share with my felllow yorkie mommies. :o))

Awesome job!! Was it the Advocare 24 day challenge? I did that myself and it was great! I did have to modify the amount of pills....too many for me but otherwise I liked it:)

How much did you loose if you don't mind sharing?

I started my lifestyle change in November. So at the point when I started the 24 day challenge last month I had the last 5lbs to lose and I did that:) What I liked about the challenge I did was the first 10 days was a cleanse and instead of drinking smoothies and shakes you ate actual food but did a fiber shake in the morning. I think it's a good jump start for weight loss but nothing can substitute eating right and hard work:) I know shut up Morgan:) I never thought I would be this person but one day I said something has to change and 7 months later its been great!:) You can do it Rhonda:)

I recently started thyroid meds. I am walking daily, drinking only water, and changing my eating habits. I have lost a little but a jump start would be great. How do I look into this? Thanks for the info!

I'm proud to say I lost 15 pounds and 8 inches of my body :)) A friend of mine had a little more weight to lose and lost 30 or more pounds. I'll find her pic and post for y'all to see. I am utterly amazed by her results. :))

First - congrats on your success! Losing weight isn't easy and I'm happy you found what works for you :).

I just want to make sure we have full disclosure here for our members, as we always do. I see that you're having success, but are you also *selling* this program? IF yes, YT would ask that you make it very clear that you're both using, promoting it, and selling it for personal profit. Can you please clarify?

Also, if you are selling it here - you can only advertise it in the 'Garage Sale' section where other folks sell non-yorkie items.

Sorry, I was not aware.. But yes, I started just as a buyer of the products at the distributor level to get the discount for my hubs and I on our personal products since we wanted to lose weight. Had the products not worked for us, then no I would not share my story to others. But yes, I do sell the product, help out others with any questions/advice on the topic as well as take the products myself.

But in posting this thread, I was solely just sharing my story of what worked for me and I was excited to share my before and after pictures. :)
