New Nikon D3000 with VR 18-55 lens Hi, everyone after my old camera died on me I bought several cameras. I truly wanted a Nikon D90 but I didn't want to spend that type of money on a new camera right now. I sent back the Canon one I bought and I also returned a Nikon D5000 I had but I am unable to get a full refund on this Nikon D3000. It makes me sick because I actually played around with the other two cameras but this Nikon D3000 truly is brand new and they were still going to charge me a 15% restocking fee. :thumbdown Well needless to say I told them no and I took the camera and left. I was going to list it on Ebay but I wanted to ask around first to see if anyone would be interested in it. The only thing I did with this camera was turn it on last night. I just wanted to make sure it was working. I used a battery from my old camera and also my old lens to check it. The battery, lens and everything else this package comes with is still wrapped and has not been touched. I never took any pictures. As said, truly is brand new and comes with warranty. ****Item is a Brand New Nikon D3000 with a Nikkor 18-55mm VR lens. Most packages come with the regular 18-55 lens but I paid more and got the VR type instead. They are a better lens and if you tend to have shakey hands then this is a must. Regardless, this lens helps with so many things. A big plus is that it helps to catch moving objects like our little yorkies, haha. I am asking $560 and this will include 2-3 day shipping, insurance and all fees through paypal. Incase you are wondering why I decided to return!! I just really wanted a Nikon D90 and I knew darn well I wasn't going to be happy with any other camera. Mikey got sick of me buying, returning and put his big foot down and said get the D90 already because you're driving me nuts!! I bought the D90 before I found out I was going to have to pay that 15% fee. If I would have known I probably would have never ordered the D90 and just kept this Nikon D3000 I am now selling. I guess I learned my lesson. Should have waited but since it was new I didn't think I'd have a problem returning it. Anyways, if anyone is interested let me. Thank you!! Here is a link to Nikon's site. This link will explain more in detail about the camera body. http://www.nikonusa.com/Find-Your-Ni...462/D3000.html Here is a link that talks about the VR type lens.
