Does anyone have a nice used laptop for sale? Also I'm looking for a motorola slvr for cingular/att if anyone has either of these please pm me.

i just had a couple of suggstions on

laptop trying looking a rental places likes Aarons..my husband needed one for work and we didnt have a whole alot of $ at the time..we went in they had a used acer we did the month to month plan, 90 days same as cash i paid it off the second month and we only paid $250 for it..my dad put windows on it for him..and it has small warranty

we were at the bazzar bazaar last weekend and there was a stand with refurbished laptops starting at $275 (its like an indoor flea market) cell phones are there too

dell also sells refurbished laptops

and ebay is a good place to look for the phone or amazon maybe even for the laptop too

as a matter of fact yes i have a laptop. Was used 5 times by my Mom, shes wanted a larger one because she is blind in one eye from a torn retina.

I was going to list it for her on Craigslist today. Its an HP, bought brand new late last summer, and its in exc. condition. I will post pics tonight and PM you when I do.

It comes with extra accessories and a NICE laptop bag. I believe shes asking $500 + shipping.

Check out Dell.com. They always have something on sale.

I'd be wary of places like Craigslist, eBay, or any other place or person with used laptop(s) because what happens if you buy it and it dies after a month or two?

Dell has a great deal on the Vostro 1000 right now I think its $399. Its a special for small business owners though, but you do any sort of "business" out of your home or anything then you are eligible. My parents have one and love it :)

I too am in need of new cell phone. I've went through 2 of the newest Ericsson's and one of the Nokia 6555's in the past 5 months. UGH!!! Now I am using a junky "go phone" phone...o well.

Our Staples has new laptops for a very low price $500. I am gong to get one in a couple of months and I think were going to buy one for my Daughter

Check your rental stores. Sometimes they have older used models that are really great but can't rent anymore. My son just picked up a laptop for 120.00 and I was very IMPRESSED!

Last summer I got a brand new dell laptop for my daughter at dell.com for $499. Works great and is definitely good if you dont' want to spend a ton of money.
