What is hide a squirrel toy?
 
I have seen many people mention this and what exactly is it? Wondering if mine would love this toy too?

The puppy has to get the squirrels out of the tree. It looks like fun!! :) I think I want that too!

It's like a little puzzle for them. There's three little squirrels that fit into a plush tree trunk and the dog has to figure out how to get them out. Sadie loves hers.

the greatest toy ever! my boy loves it, i kept reading about how everyone loved it so i had to go out and get one, my boy NEVER plays with toys at the store but he did with this one, he could play with it all day and not get bored, im still not sure if he has more fun playing with the "trunk" or the actual squirrles.

I was amazed at how much my babies liked this too! The squirrels are like all their other toys, but they can't put them down! Also, if I do hide the squirrels in the trunk, Bella just takes the whole trunk!

I got the small one for Scooter since he's only 14 weeks old. He is having a wonderful time with it. A little while ago, he laid down to sleep and pulled one of the little squirrels between his front legs and laid his head down on it. So Cute!! He gets so excited when they squeak!

I got (I believe) the smallest size. Neither one of my two like it. I guess they find it to be to much effort to try to get the squirrels out of the log. :p

I've tried to find one in my area but no luck . I know Frimousse would love to play with this toy .

Roxie has the junior hide a squirrel and she loves playing with it. It keeps her occupied for a little while so i LOVE the toy too! ;)

This morning , I received a Hide a squirrel by mail . Nathan and Frimousse loved it very much .

I got one last Friday at Petsmart ($12.95) while Shelby Rose was being groomed. Shelby played with it once and Toby just walks by it. Now neither even notices it unless I sit down and play with it and that's only temporary.

My two nuts have much more fun playing with an empty water bottle with a couple old chewie bits rattling around in it. So much for their two overflowing toy baskets. They're just like my children were at Christmas, it was more fun playing with the boxes and wrapping paper then the gifts.

i got one from my yorkie gift exchange this last time and the franks is just now playing iwth it but he loves to squeak thise squirrels and once they learn to get them out they love them , he carried his all over the house and i find them every where, i found one in my shoe and then learned that he dropped it in there to chew on the back of my doc martens little stinker

but i dont know where to get them but i am assuming maybe petco or petmart

but they are really fun

I highly recommend this toy! Jake LOVES his and is so proud when he gets the squirrels out. This is an awesome toy and is definitely one of Jake's favorites!!

Bogey has gone through 2 sets of squirrels. His tree trunk has no more connected pathways & all you have to do is ask him to "go get his squirrel" & he comes back with one of them. He loves them !! He also has the bee hive which loves & will go get his bees !!

Baxter love's his too - I usually give it to him when nothing else works lol -and it certainly keeps him occupied - actually keeps him and the hubby busy- My husband has to tease Baxter with the squeeky squirrels - I'd certainly recommend it - :thumbup:

I recommend this toy also. I didn't know there were different sizes so when I got the first one it came large! Lucy tries to go in and out of the holes-forget the squirrels! Now she has the junior and has rediscovered the squirrels.
