Yeah Tigger loves doing this to his "Loofa dogs." |
I think I posted this on another thread, but just wanted to add to be very careful with the plush toys. My daughter's roomates pomeranian ended up with an obstuction eating the stuffing. |
;) My yorkies will tear out the eyes to so I have to make sure they are made for pets. :animal36 |
My dogs work together with the plush toys. My beagle, Haggis will make the hole in the toy and then Starksy will tear it up and stuffing is everywhere!!! I have come home to a few snow storms in my house!! If it weren't for Haggis though, I don't think Starsky would rip open a toy!! |
My little guy can tear his up....but normally he is pretty mellow....if I find a tear, I stitch it up quickly with heavy thread or it is tossed. I have also removed eyes (if someone has given him a "real" toy) and then just emboriored (sp) eyes on and they work fine. I too am afraid of him getting choked on the stuffing, so I try to be careful....now, if you looked in my yard on any given day, you will see what Sophie (my daughters German Shepard) has torn up...she is worse then any pup I know!!! |
remember when TJ played with his toys Reading all your notes about your yorkies makes me smile thinking about when TJ was around and how he loved to beat up on his toys all the time. Yes he loved to kill the squeaker within 5 minutes of a new toy no more noise and the balls he would squeak it until the ball stopped squeaking. He loved his red devil. Thanks for making me smile.
