What kind interactive ....... Board games / puzzles do you have? I love them! I have only one and want more ....some are a lot alike. This is the Nina Otto something or other. Lol sorry I forgot right off but it's called the brick and Zoey loves it. But it's too easy! But she still loves it it's a level 2. Slides those doors back and forth like crazy. I was checking out the Zaneys too. Anything to keep them occupied! |
Just bought the 'Tornado' game by Nina Ottoson, for Caleb for Christmas. Will post back how he likes it, (and later Pippi) once we've tried it. We've tried to keep Caleb to his usual routine (with some extra cuddles and extra play), with the new pup joining us. So haven't tried it yet. He does hunt for food under things or in our fists, when we say 'choose' he sniffs out the treat. When he in the mood to, when he isn't he just puts his paw on the nearest fist or object. |
I have a few I reviewed some of them on my blog and most have a video of Callie doing them |
We have a Ottoson dog brick that I picked up at a yardsale for $2- it is missing the white bone pieces but it doesn't stop Abby from playing with it. Ziva cannot be bothered! |

I have the Kong Wobbler, the Kong Satellite, and Kyjen Kibble Drop. I like the Kong ones the best. I've heard good things about Nina Ottosman stuff. |
We just bought an interactive toy tonight. Have not even used it yet but it's a "Treat Puzzle Game" made by Toys R Us. I actually bought it at petsmart though... |
Tibbe has several kind of Kong toys and toys that hold treats and the Ethical Pet Seek-A-Treat Shuffle Bone Dog Puzzle. I also hide pieces of kibble around the den, hall and kitchen while he waits on the couch and then let him get down and seek them all out. I also place 3 or 4 lightweight plastic cups upside down on the floor and place a treat under one of them, and he hits them over until he find his treat. He just delights in playing the Cup Treat game. He loves it when he gets his treat and I clap and praise him for being so smart. At first it's easy because he can fairly easily sniff out the treat but in time after they have all had a treat under them more than once or twice and smell of treats, it gets harder and harder for him. He gets so excited while I'm re-stacking them he can hardly stand it. Some times I feed him his entire meals in a series of his toys and his Bone Puzzle. It can take him 30 minutes to get all his kibble out after batting them all over and he just loves to eat this way. |
Awwww Great ideas , aren't they fun?! I just got the casino and she loves that too. But picks out her kibble, maybe I better wait till she hungry! |
I have 3 different ones and Macy figured them all out in a matter of minutes. Molly on the other hand is scared of everything that is different and barks at it until I put it up. |
