Daisy Mae's Favorite (FREE) Toys! :) Daisy's favorite toys are FREE! We play in our bathroom while I'm getting ready for work and have discovered she loves the 'free' toys just as much as ones we bought; i.e., the plastic lid from a peanut butter jar (she's hilarious because it flips up in front of her face & she still runs full-tilt to bring it back to me), my empty tube of Burt's Bees Facial Cleansing Cream, a large paper clamp, and her favorite (because she picks up EVERYTHING and she needs a distraction!)... a carrot stick! :) Free teething stick & healthy for her to eat when she's done playing with it! :) She also LOVES riding around the bathroom on my nightgown... what a hoot!! :) |
Abby is a year old but she still loves to tear up junk mail (insurance booklets are a favorite), papertowel rolls, and strips of fleece that we weave, knot or braid into "toys". I think the fleece really helps clean her teeth too! We will have to try the "ride" on the tile floors- she enjoys a spin in my desk chair... |
ha ha... how cute, just like our skin kids who rather play with the box the toys come in:) |
how cute all that sounds, I love it when they make toys out of non toy items, Lola likes to grab and run with anything she can get out of my lower cupboards if I leave the doors open, tupperware lids are a real favorite. On of my former boys, Duffy, loved getting scrunchies out of my gym bag. He woud throw the band up in the air and run catching his own toss for hours. The funny thing was he could never understand why he could not find any in my husband's gym bag, he would look so sad that I finally started hiding pony bands in my DH's bag |

Westley is found of the toilet paper roll, with paper on it, and the white mountain mess he can make with said paper! Lol |
Ahi's favorite toy of all.....a balled up piece of paper.(any paper) She throws it in the air and tosses it around, shakes it up so it opens up and tears it to pieces. So...sad to say she has been "the dog ate my homework" dog. :D |
