So, how much toys do your pup have lying around because i think we got our little one overly spoiled. Heres our list of toys: Red doggie and green doggie(her squeeky doggies) "Squeeky" her little bulldog toy Her squeeky ball Hamburger Mr Rat her big bally Her squeeky slipper Her soccer ball squeeky Her santa toy and some more little soft balls Needless to say that shes spoiled |
So funny that you posted this, I got really bored last night so I grabbed both of SImon and Hallie's toyboxes (yes they have 2) and separated all the toys by species (I told you I was bored). They have more toys than they need and I play with most of them. I had them all over my living room, it was so much fun! They have TOO MANY TOYS!!!! Spoiled little monkeys! squirrels, frogs, cows, pigs, doggies, bones, etc....... |
I just picked up all of Huey's toys. He has so many that I had to get a bigger bin for them. ;) |
Yoda's Toy basket is over-flowing with toys....It does not help that grandma, grandpa, and uncle spoil him all the time with more! LOL :p |
we've got so much now that I need to get a bone shaped toy box. |
To many to mention here and then I have my granddaughters toys to boy they have alot of fun. lol |
Too funny,,,, Im sure they all have WAY TO MANY TOYS!! I was looking at Baileys today and I thought " he needs a bigger toy basket" Then I thought NO,,, that would be the third time he has UPsized! So, I went through them and got rid of things he has never liked, or ones that are torn up and worn out,, he actually liked this, cause I had them all over the floor, and he found toys he had forgotten about, that were clear on the bottom. |
too many! Between my niece and Gus I have to be picking up toys all day long! |
My grandma gets stuffed animals all the time.. and when she comes over she just ends up giving most of them to the dogs.. so they are all over the house.. I usually end up throwing them away though because of the beady eyes and the stuffing.. don't want my doggies to swallow them. |
Too many I would say! It drives me crazy. He can't just play with one. He has to take ALL of them out. I would guess he has 10-15 toys around the house. Why do I always buy more!!!???? :D |
Jo & Riley have so many toys that I divide them and put half of them up for a while...then when I switch them out again they're like a new toy and they're all excited to see it again. We keep tons of the little Nylabones around and when we took the cushions off of the couch in the sunroom we found 4 of them...I wonder where they've hid the others? |
I used to have a toy-strewn home, but now I give him 1 or 2 and spends more time playing with those than he did when we had a cluttered house of: Mr. Lamb on Rope Mr. Puppet Mr. Hedgehog Nylabone 1 Nylabone 2 Old half-eaten Kong Balls 1-6 etc... Now it's just: Ropey thing 1 ball. |
Right now on the floor are: big plush squeaky duck big plush squeaky monkey little rubber tire braided rope puppy kong little green squeaky frog (2) little plush squeaky bears (2) dingo bones I was going to clean up last night but I figured, no ones coming over and they'll just all be out today anyways. :D |

Isn't it funny how they'll take them out one after the other like a little kid. :p If Samson has some in his crate he'll bring one out carry it across the floor, put it down and go after another one to bring out. It's so funny :D |
We have 14 toys on the floor right now with two greenies and once piece of pupcorn!!! |
Funny!! We had to upsize their basket of toys 2 times now.. I cant help myself.. Everytime I leave I come home with a new toy.. LOL They greet me at the door waiting for their newest treat or toy.. They are sooo much fun to spoil and they appreciate everything.. :) |
1 Attachment(s) HMMM...I saw this and thought...I don't even know. So I started to count...1,2,3...75,76,77...and finally 114! Talk about spoiled. :D Here's a picture of our one toy basket before we started on a second :p |

Thor has a lot but not as much as prince amos. stuffed animals; ducky, yorkie dog, black dog, bunny1, bunny 2, cow, shark, whale, lamby, hog, monkey, blue bird other toys; two bog dotted balls, sqeaky newspaper, ~20 tennis balls, frisbe, sweaky mouse (cat toy) two nyla bones, rawhide chewies, rope toy, bottle, squishy ball, and probably many more that are buried in his toy box! |
We got toys all over the place. Too many to count or name as we have been collecting toys and dogs over the past 3 years :) . Everytime I clean a room I manage to find at least 3-5 toys that I thought were long gone too :D |
We are at 1 stuffed cat --that as I type is being destuffed (sigh) 2 large kong-like fire hydrants 1 stuffed squirrel (Woolrich from Target) 1 stuffed duck (once more from Target) 1 woolrich moose/tennisball thingy w/rope legs (also target) 1 stuffed bear 1 tennis ball 3 cheap plastic squeak balls (luckily our Lab thinks she is too good for them) 1 crazy yellow ball w/multi colored knobbies on it 1 frog made by "FatCat" that was supposed to be nearly indestructable... 1 cute blue weird chewtoy with some rope i thought Edgar would hate but he LOvEs I put them away in a corner when I'm home, then spread them to the 4 walls when I leave. This way there is always something appropriate for him to gnaw on... also, what do you put your baby's toys in that they don't chew on? |
