Searching For "The" Ball Okay, we all know how particular some of our babies are. Well, my Phantom is no different. He has a favorite ball, and it has definately seen better days. The problem is, I cannot find the right ball anywhere. I am looking for a tennis ball (smaller size than normal). This particular one is pink (shh, don't tell him that) but the color doesn't really matter. Now, I have found many tennis balls that are the right size, but they are usually much more heavy & dense than the one he likes. Phantom's ball is a good bouncing ball, and it's pretty light. I think it may have come in a 3-pack sometime last year. Does anyone know what I am talking about?? |
I've seen many different size & colors of tennis balls in PetSmart and Petco, but I'm not sure they are exactly what you are looking for. Can you post a picture? |

No, there were no squeekers inside. I've checked Petsmart, and they do not have them either. The ones they have are the very heavy ones, that don't bounce well. I will try to get a picture of it later tonight and see if that helps! Thanks! |
Hi I hope I know what you are referring to. At our Walmart, here in Brunswick, in the dog section, we got Baxter two to a package, mini tennis balls. We got the green ones but I think they also had the pink ones. No squeekers. Just a smaller tennis ball. Hope that helps. If you can't find them, let me know and I'll see if ours has them, and send ya a package. I know how they can get when favorite toys are gone. My Lhasa had a squeeky elephant when he was a baby, that his favorite aunt gave him. well it wore out, and do you think we can find another one. no. |

Try Walgreens for the elephant. Not sure if it's the same but I got one yesterday for $2.00. It's made by Milkbone for their 100th anniversary. |
target My furbabies are the same way!!!! I get their balls at Target in the dog section. They do have a squeeker but at small, bounce, and soft=) |

Hmmm..I was thinking Walmart too. I got Willow & Jake small yellow tennis balls for Christmas called "toughballs" or something like that..they are a bit dense, but they do bounce.... I just got the new Petedge catalogue however and they have "Zanies Tennis Balls" in there in two different sizes and they have a pink one! Maybe that's it? |
I don't know where you can get them, but boy did he do a job on that one. LOL |

They have them here, I check yest. It is 2 in a package, and they are yellow like reall tennis balls, only smaller. Boy has your buy done a job on that one lol. The package is $1.88. I would be more than happy to help keep your little guy happy. I remember how sad Zeke was when his elephant had to be tossed out. Ohhhh maybe it is me that was sad LOL. I felt so bad, because he loved it so much. |
Pink Tennis Ball I went to Petco yesterday and bought a little tennis ball for $3's. Wasn't sure if it felt light enough for my new puppy coming home Thursday. Went by Walmarts..checked out the puppy toys and they had a 3)pack, one was a pink tennis ball. I paid $1.99 and they were perfect, weight, size, bounce, and it sounds like color. No more Petco toys for me! Good Luck |
