Toto's New Toy
 
Toto has a new toy that she is just crazy about!!! Picked it up at PetSmart and it actually looks kinda like a soft popsicle ... has little ropes with knots instead of the two sticks and instead of a squeaker it makes an odd little quivering sound! We like it because it's not a loud squeaker and she just loves it!!!

Neat. Is it like a vibrating toy? Yoda has a few pull string vibrating toys he loves to chew and tug with!

It is neat ... doesn't vibrate but just makes that little sound. We like it too because it isn't as loud as some of her toys. It also comes in two sizes. That's a problem too ... sometimes we find really neat toys but they are too large for Toto to play with and only comes in one size! ;)

I know what you mean about some toys being too big, but it's funny.....the bigger the toy, the more Higgins likes it! He's always been that way. The Flump dwarfed him when he was a baby, but he attacked it like a mountain! Right now, he and Pogo are each enjoying HUGE cow ears we got as a car treat at the pet store earlier today. All I can hear is chewing......and that thing is bigger than he is!

It IS funny!! On one of our trips to stock up stuff while we were waiting to get Toto, Patrick spotted one of those "rope pull" things with the two knots and threw it in the cart. After we got Toto and began to give her all her "welcome" gifts, he gave her that thing and we discovered that they come in lots of sizes and evidently we got one meant for a Great Dane!! :D Poor undaunted Toto!! She could barely get her little mouth on any part of it but she certainly gave it her best shot! :rolleyes: She too loves ears! We often meet what appears to be just a big ear coming down the hallway only to discover ... tadaaaa ... there's little Toto behind it!! ;) It is toooo funny!!

Heheh... the smaller they come, the bigger they want their toys to be! :)

Yoda's humping buddies are about twice as big as he is. Depends on his mood, but generally he likes to play with toys meant for big dogs.

toby tries to get two toys at once (in his mouth at teh same time)........ such a hog..... i know how loud squeekers are..... everytime i am watching TV or trying to sleep toby goes to his little toy bin and grabs any squeek toy he can find adn starts going nuts...... and this is all so he can play the "catch me if you can" (mentioned in another post, but another game i hate just the same) game when i try to take it away
