More than toys Hi again. My Gizzy has a lot of toys but while I'm away at work, he doesn't play with them. I'm open to any ideas that will keep him active during the day while I'm at work (until/if I can find a sitter), like something he can climb on, run through...something? Anything? lol Any suggestions? |
Have you tried bully sticks? They're made of free range bulls and my puppy just loves them. He's not even interested in his toys anymore, but he'll chew on his bully stick for hours  Quote:

This is JMO but I would not leave my dogs unsupervised with a bully stick or really not a whole lot of things. |
I've never heard of those so I guess I will google it now lol |
i agree with shadow. I do not leave anything edible for morgan when i am not home. there is always a choking hazard with bully sticks or really anything else, and if your not there they could choke and die. Most dogs just sleep when we're not home. Nothing wrong with that. |

So I should put away his toys when I leave for work too? |
Silly question I guess but I uploaded some pix of Giz but how to I make one of them my avatar? |

have you heard about interactive toys? for my yorkies it's really interesting activity when they are allone at home ;) sorry for mistakes, english isnt my mother-tongue :) |
I make the Krackle Jax and you could leave it with some Yorkie Yummie treats inside while your at work this would keep him intertained and they are a safe tiny treat:) they also make noise so they like them. here is a link to my thread http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=114567 |

never mind i went and looked haha |
sorry im no help on this...I dont allow my lil man to have bones while im gone or any toys that are partially chewed up...I just have this fear that he might choke on something and if im not there...well you know. :( So he gets no bones and limited toys. Which I dont think he really cares cause he just sleeps until I get back home so he will be full of energy to play! lol |
