I'd love to see some pics! Which of the dogs on your site are the puppies parents? |
Thank you--- Nicky and Honey Bee have their photos on my site, and one sire who is my friend's newest champion can be seen in the Dec. issue of E-Yorkshire Terrier magazine--towards the end, Ch Hihopes Four on the Floor by Dumont. In fact the Honey baby in that ad that I'm keeping for myself to show is a littermate of the males I'm looking to place. Their photos are on my web site--Ellington and Goodman---we're naming on musical themes this year. |
Here they are... Dam - Clover Hill's Honey Bee Sire - Tinsel Town's Tricky Nicky Clover Hill Yorkshire Terriers Pups - Isadora, Goodman, Gelsey, Ellington, Dorsey and Celine (which two aren't available?) Clover Hill Yorkshire Terriers |
Wish you best looking for good homes for your furbabies :D |
They are all so cute! |
Very pretty puppies!! Congrats Susan on a beautiful litter!! |
I have to tell you I think Ellington is too cute.... I love his little face! |
Thanks, Kerri Ellington is my alternate pick for holding as a show dog. I originally set aside his brother who just is not growing--2.5 lbs at 18 weeks, it's getting doubtful as to whether he'll get big enough to show, but he is a stunner. He's the "Honey's puppy" on p.25 of E-Yorkshire Terrier Dec. issue. Dorsey and Cookie are still available. Best, Susan |
Just looked him up...he is adorable! I hope he gets big enough for you to show.... let us know when he is going to be shown... Best of luck with him... |
Looking for a pet female. Price? |
I think Ellington is my favorite too! Although Goodman looks to be full of mischief ;-) (And I love the names btw!) |
I was able to go to Fitchburg dog show today and I saw one of Cloverhills puppies , Isabella, she came in 1st place in the show, she was simply STUNNING... They have gorgeous pups!!:thumbup: |
Thanks Jeannie--- I enjoyed meeting you in person and felt very proud of my little Izzy when she decided to act like a show dog once in the ring. Thank you for the help grooming her and lugging my gear around the arena. I need to find out how to close out this thread since all the puppies are now spoken for. My new listing will be for puppies I've decided to name using your Irish suggestions. I should change Ellington to Murphy's Law at Clover Hill since he broke his leg jumping out of his playpen last week!!! |
Izzy was really the most beautiful little one in the ring.. you should be very very proud of how pretty she is!! Poor Little guy, maybe he will be better soon and OMG that is hysterical Murphys Law!! |
Does anyone know if this breeder has any puppies for adoption or if she has another litter on the way. I am looking to adopt another yorkie, but want to be able to drive and meet the breeder and bring the pup home. I live in NY so this breeder is only a few hours away. I have called and emailed them, but have not heard back yet. Thanks.:animal-pa |

Update Please note that it is much easier to reach me by email than by phone. I try my best to answer all inquiries in a timely manner. I do have a litter of very young puppies right now that I'll start showing in another 2 weeks, and also have a 6 month old male available previously held as a show prospect. Thank you for your interest. Susan Dodge, Clover Hill Yorkshire Terriers, www.cloverhillpup.com, cloverhillpups@aol.com |
Id like to add that I have seen one of Susans Dogs at at dog show and have to say she was simply beautiful... just stunning. |
I spoke to Susan today and she was just wonderful. I am hopefully going to be adopting a puppy from her, we just need to decide if we want the 6 month old boy yorkie or if we would like to wait for a female. We are adopting this yorkie as a pet, not as a breeding dog or a show dog. My last yorkie was a male and I don't want to feel like I am replacing him, so that is the reason we may hold out for a female...not sure yet though. Susan was very understanding about any concerns and answered any questions I had. She is extremely proud of her yorkies and I can understand why. She laughed when I told her my Biscuit was a 12lb yorkie...big boy, definitely not breed standard, but such a honey! I appreciate all the advice I have been given by members of this board as this adoption means the world to me and I am hoping to be able to post soon that we have a new family member on the way! :animal-pa |
I took a look at your website and I am impressed, very well organized and cute :) If anyone asks for a yorkie I'd recommend you. |

I, for one, would rather have a recommendation from someone with personal knowledge of the breeder....which I received from several members here on YT. Susan from cloverhill has been wonderful to work with regarding the adoption of her puppies. :animal-pa |
