All joking aside, Our kennel welcomed a few precious babies in January.... Here's the details.......

11. We never allow our puppies to leave until the 16th week unless special circumstances are needed. When shipping or lengthy travel is expected, we generally wait until the 20th week.

12. We are open to shipping; however this can be a lengthy process. We do provide shipping with Continental airlines only if we arrange the shipping details. The fee for this service is 400.00 which includes the ticket, health inspections, Pet travel case, and commute to the airport. We are very comfortable with their process and have had very good results. If buyer provides shipping, details will be discussed personally.

13. Our contract requires that an initial deposit be paid if a buyer is either purchasing a puppy we have on the ground or is being placed on our waiting list. If the kennel defaults in anyway, as per our contract, we certainly refund all monies paid in full.

15. We are an established kennel specializing in the ultimate Yorkie. We take a very personal approch to each of our puppy sales. Please get to know us via http://www.southeasttexasyorkies.com/about_us . We produce healthy, high quality Yorkshire Terriers only, as we work with no other breeds. Available puppies are Microchipped, Vet checked, vaccinated/wormed and include a starter kit & 2 yr health guarantee. All puppies are carefully screened for faults including physical faults and mental soundness to insure proper placement. We also use the Bio-Sensor performance improvement program with each litter to insure soundness and a pleasant demeanor. We welcome questions, visits to our kennel, and puppy or kennel photo requests. We also research / collect data on genetic conditions specific to the Terrier breed for university studies, as well as dog food formula analysis with Diamond Pet Foods.

These guys are well placed and I'm sure they are going to be quite pampered... We do currently have a waiting list open, as we generally do not breed until we have a group of qualified buyers available to us.... I live so close to you and am so tempted to get another puppy. I actually travel through Mauriceville quite often, on my way to LA to visit my family, and my MIL lives in Nederland. Oh, it's so tempting!

We love to have folks come out..... :p btw, this is a great time to buy as you get a two for one.... a free kitten with every puppy sold!:D Just kidding, but i do really have kittens.... I seem to have a litter of barn kittens every single time we have puppies.....

I wish we were back already in the U.S. We hope to bring a little sister into our family, for our Chibimaru one day. Your babies are precious. I hope they find wonderful homes. :)
