It actually has about a 13.5 inch chest but by the time it wraps around the velcro overlaps it fits a 13" chest. :)

I think I actually LOVE being pregnant. Right now I have so much energy and Im restless and cant quit sewing :p This is really working for me :D

I liked the skull harness (#1) but it's too small. I am sad as Max went this past Saturday to the groomer and they gave him a bandana with the same fabric( as you can see inf the pic on my avatar).
