I hope all goes well with her trial........I think she was also gone to Texas to visit with Shana right after her sale started. I wish I would have known, (not being mean) because I ordered some Missing Link that has been much needed - we are OUT!! BUT, I do understand and hope all works out well and that man never harms another person!

Thanks sooooo much for the update. I was hoping nothing was wrong with her that was keeping her from fullfulling the orders. Sounds like she has kind of been busy.
Hopefully she will be able to get some of the orders out very soon.

Hey guys!!!! Here I am!!!

I didn't go to Texas after my sale... I went well before it... And had a great time too... But I did get a subpoena shortly thereafter :( :) I am mixed about it all.. I want it over with and on the same note it is the hardest thing I have ever been through! I see now why so many victoms walk away without finishing the process... its hell! And I haven't even really gone through the really rough stuff! :thumbdown Eeek!

As far as orders go.... They WILL ALL be out by WED of this week... Thats the next two days!!!! :D It has been a process! Yikes! I landed myself in the ER a little over a week ago and can't walk! lol... I feel like a total dork on crutches! I steped of a curb onto some uneven pavement and while I didn't fall... I really sprained my foot... Not ankle... but the front of my foot... very painfull indeed... And even more embarressing! lol

As far as the phonecalls... I am deeply sorry about not answering my phone... I have had a private investigater working for the defence calling people related to the case, as well as myself, trying to pry information out of everyone... A yorkie talker was called even... Insane! But very true! I happened to talk to her the day of the attack and she is listed in the records... ugh! Anyway... the investigater has called me under many guises... so I have quit answering my phone... I have meant to return calls, but assumed that orders would arrive so soon that it would be unnessary... Please forgive me!

Anyway... Thats the update and I hope everyone understands... I apologize for the drama.... I have not wanted you all to have to be a part of my "drama" so I have not been around... its been some members stand that I'm "full of it" and all about drama and that its "self created" or "made up" so I have been keeping to my self....

For those of you that touch base and still keep in touch... THANK YOU! I really do need teh support from my friends right now... and you guys mean the world to me!!!!!!!:)

Im happy to hear that youre ok and hope you have a quick recovery! I explained to Chewy about why there is a delay in her drug of choice (pixie sticks) and she sends puppy kisses your way.

Uggghhhh.... I definately feel for you with the sprain situation. My husband stepped down a flight of stairs wrong about 3 weeks ago and has been laid up too. He had surgery and is on crutches too... he hates it (so do I :rolleyes: ) As far as your trial situation goes, I hope that it can come to pass very soon for you. It is unfortunate that victims get put through such hell after going through hell....

Postage Costs
 

HI Kathryn,

i ordered some stuff from your site (great products!) but the postage to australia was more than the total of the order. I only ordered some silk light weight lead and collar sets plus some little hair bows. I'm sure they'd fit in a very small padded bag. Is there any way you could post them marked as personal gift or something to reduce postage costs??? I have not finalised the order yet so please let me know if there is anything you can do as i really like your little silk collars.

I'm trying to put in my order and for some reason when I get to the select your shipping page it says No Shipping Rates available for your shipping address. So I can't select a shipping choice and can't finish my order. I Just live in Georgia so I don't understand what the problem is? :confused:

Never mind, I got it figured out! :)

SUPER weird!!! Maybe you have an address that is not listed or just not conecting somehow??? I really cant explain it... I've had it happen one other time to a gal who has an address that also does not work with map quest... weird huh... whatever the case may be... go ahead and email me the order and I can send you a Pay pal invoice for the order including the shipping.

Postage to other countries does cost more, but if it does end up costing less that my site calculated, I will refund you for sure!!!!

Thanks Kathryn, I did finally get it to go so my order is already in. I so wish I had looked sooner, I sure did miss out on a lot! Just out of curiosity could you maybe PM with what you want for the store and what's involved. I would consider it if I could swing for sure.

I hope you are feeling well. In your post a couple of days ago you mentioned that all orders would be out today. I just checked your website and I do not see a shipping/tracking number...which make me think that my order did not go out. Please advise...it is order # 1361.

Mine also still said "Ready to Ship". I think maybe she just hasnt had a chance to update everyones accounts. I am sure she has a crazy amount of orders right now and even if she shipped everything today, it would take a while to update everyones tracking numbers.
Im sure well all get our orders next week.
