Your furmodels are stunning! Lovely bows too. Question: which are easier to keep on the alligator or barette? In reference to a pup. Thanks. |

Anyway, to answer your question... The alligator clips are my personal favorite simply because they are super easy to clip in. The clips have tiny (not sharp) teeth which hold very well and don't damage the hair. I've tested them on just a few strands of my Bella's hair and they stay put even then! A good trick to keep French barrettes in is to make your topknot with a band, then insert the bow with barrette under the band. This way it cannot possibly slip off the top - so it's pretty much guaranteed to stay put! It really is a matter of personal taste and which you are more comfortable using. Sometimes you just have to try them out to see what works best for you. As a side note, all alligator clips and French barrettes used by BowBiz are high quality, nickel plated and tested to be lead free. Whichever you choose will be a quality backing. I hope this helps somewhat! If you have any more questions, feel free to ask - I'm always around and happy to help. :) |
