That is soooo cute! I didn't know they made these for cars!!! I have the pink crates that they girls sleep in and they are wonderful! Do these come in PINK!! :p My girls will have to have pink if you have it. |
No this size only comes in blue and the smaller size only comes in orange. It's a newer pet gear product so I think that is why it only comes in 2 colors. I wish it was pink or even black would be better, but once it's in the car who cares I guess? Blue is better than orange I suppose! I bought a different style portable crate a long time ago and it has those bars that you have to push out and lock in place. This one is different in that it zips all around so setup is faster and it folds completely flat, although it's not as sturdy so it's not meant for long term use (like leaving them unattended like you would in a wire crate.) I would say the perfect use for this is keeping it in the car and using it at the non-dog-loving-in-laws while you are eating dinner. ;) Or for a dog who constantly tries to climb out of a traditional car seat. :D |

I have one for pepper, everyone picks on me for calling it my car seat. I had to put a small dog bed inside cause the floor is hard. otherwise she does well in it. she is sleeping inside it right now(inside the house). one thing I don't like is that there are no covers for the windows(to keep out the sun) do they make covers for it?? |
It only comes in blue, sorry! They don't the make a cover for it... I just throw a blanket over our wire crates inside - maybe that would work? |
I will prob just get some velcro and dk fabric to use as curtians. I have the canine camper for pepper to use at home as a crate and she loves how dark and cozy it is. I also need to get those sun screens for the back window of your car to keep out the sun. |
