My new pup Mollie ! :D I have finally got a Yorkie pup, :animal-pa :animal-pa will try to get a pic of her on here soon she is sooooo adorable. :animal-pa :animal-pa My daughter choose her name Mollie and she seems to suit it. I usually come on the forums to see all the lovely pics and to read the good and bad points of having a yorkie (they didn't put me off !) Mollie is almost 5 months and I sort of rescued her from her previous owner when she was 4 months :lovewings she had been dropped by the young kids in the previous family and was even bounced about on a trampoline :2omg: really not looked after very well ! Anyway she couldn't be more content she sleeps for hours at a time and is really well behaved I also have 2 springers who she gets on really well with ! I will hopefully get a chance to get advice from everyone at some point ! |
Glad you're here, and found you're sweet baby. |

4 Attachment(s) Thanks everyone .... hopefully I will be able to put on the photos and you'll see them below! Mollie is doing great but had an off day when I changed her food to " James Wellbeloved Junior ", which was recomended by the pet shop, she was sick 3 times but when I gave her a bowl of her usual food she was fine. As you can see from the photos she loves her chew sticks and will spend hours with it. |
Congrats :) Mollie is a cutie pie:thumbup: Welcome to YT |
Mollie is really cute, and her name does suit her. |

Welcome to the Yorkie world. It is so fun to have a yorkie and so much to learn. A big "hello" from my Molly to your Mollie! |
Awww she is gorgeous congratualations :littleang |
She's a real sweetie :) |
Thanks everyone for a lovely welcome ... I might not be on here very often but when I am I will let you all know how Mollies doing and hope to read all about your little ones too! Mollies doing well and is already house trained at 5 months which I think is great as she wasn't house trained when I got her over a month ago ... she sits and looks at me and when I ask her if she wants out she goes to the garden door. Does anyone know what the average age is to be house trained at? |
Hi everyone, hope someone can give me a bit of advice :( ... poor little Mollie is teething and has lost two bottom teeth which didn't give her too much trouble but now her two front teeth are begining to grow behind her baby teeth and her gum has swollen and looks very red and sore. Is there something I can rub on her gum to ease the pain? as I wouldn't like to give her any medicine like I would normally do if my springers were sick or in pain! Also will I need my vet to eventually remove the baby teeth as the new one's are behind them and may not fall out by themselves then? Any help will be very much appreciated ....:aimeeyork  |
