Do yours prefer to walk or ride? I have to admit that, although she would charge around like an idiot with toys at home, Tansy has always been a right lazy bones when it comes to walking & would far prefer to ride in the car. In fact she's so bad, if I just wanted to take her walking, I had to physically drag her past my car on the drive as she always jumps up scrabbling at the door to get in. And she isn't fussy. If we pass any parked car she's lunging at it, hoping for a ride :( She adores cars! :D Eventually, she gives up hoping & reluctantly saunters along. Till we turn for home, then she perks up & goes as fast as her little legs will carry her, back to the sofa :D But now she only goes out for little ten minute strolls, on vet's orders, as she is on heart medication, so gets to ride even more. :aimeeyork :dogzzz: :dogzzz: :dogzzz: :dogzzz: :dogzzz: |
1 Attachment(s) Mine prefer to go in the car just to see if they are getting a nice walk on the beach and not just their usual ! Also the car comes first, as they know the glove compartment has nice dog biscuits in it, and that has always got to be worth it !!!:D They'd prefer the car anyday than getting caught in the rain too, but they do love walkies !!!:) :animal-pa DEBRA |

Skippy prefers to run around instead of going in the car, although he's usually sleeping within 5 minutes of getting in the car. |
