Remember, remember Remember, remember, the fifth of November, Gunpowder, treason & plot....... :( Guy Fawkes has a lot to answer for! My littlest, Ellie, is running round the place, barking her head off, telling off all the bangers  Meanwhile poor Button has his head buried in my lap & the Skyes are trying to get under the sofas! |
I hate fireworks for what it does to my dogs. Poppy is terrified of them, she will only start to calm down if I wrap her up in a blanket or dressing gown. Poor babies. |
Our Halloween on 10/31 causes my Tibbe to bark since he can hear all the kids out in the evening making noises that he normally doesn't hear at that time during the school year. He's used to hearing the kids going to and coming home from school and out playing after school but the noise-makers and kids talking, shrieking & laughing he hears when they are Trick-or-Treating keep him alert-barking a lot. Enjoy your Guy Fawkes Day, UK Yorkies and owners. |
It's crazy out there, my neighbors have been setting off the really loud ones that sound like a grenade going off, and the harbor has been doing sky flower shows lol. I live in a sort of loft kind of place with huge windows so we can see the fireworks pretty good, I tried showing the puppy they are outside and won't hurt her but she won't have any of it lol. |
Bonfire night here tomorrow! Still upholding the tradition Stateside :) |
