Oh jeepers what a lot of maybe's for a little 15 weeks old man ... I could cry for him! I am hoping it's just a lactose intollerence or something simple. They are so little and have to be watched all the time as puppies to stop them eating fluff and anything they can put in their mouths. The vet is happy with Hills so we will stick to it until we need to change, but I know where you are coming from. Nice to meed you on YT. Best wishes, Pauline, Pixie and GI Joe:aimeeyork |

Thank you for the welcome. They have been on Science diet since I got them, except for two weeks when the other puppy refused to eat. I have to put her on wet food until she accepted the dry nuts. She is doing well now ... It's all trial and error, just a shame that the puppies suffer along the way. Hope to chat again sometime. Pauline, Pixie and GI Joe :aimeeyork |
Hi Pauline and welcome. Glad you got sorted with the new vet, the prices sound average to me so hopefully you won't need to see them to often. My Alfie get mucous in his stool from time to time, usually when he has been eating something out of the ordinary ! I usually give him some boiled chicken and rice to settle his stomach and it seems to help, but it does no harm to gt it checked if you are worried. Look forward to hearing about your new additions . |

Thanks Julie that really helps. When you see mucus and blood is is scary, especially in a little one. Pixie and Joe have had a good day today. They enjoyed their kipple treats (we were told only to give kipple treats until the tummies are settled) .. it was like they were really getting treats they got so excited ... I think I have to donate to put pics up so when all these vets visits are finished I will donate and hoping to make some good frienships with Yorkie parents. Have a great week Julie ... best wishes, Pauline, Pixie and Joe :animal-pa |
