Well turns out I have a little Diva on my hands honey got her vaccinations and I have never heard a dog cry like this in all my life vet said I'm gonna have my hands full hehe |
Awwwh bless... was it injections or was it the microchip? My little Tali didn't make a peep with the injections but when it came to the microchip... OMG we were are Pets at Home vet and I thought everyone in the place would have come running in to see what we were doing to this poor thing. Sounded like we were drawing and quartering her. She yelped for at least 3 minutes after the chip was in... and everytime we touched her shoulder for 3 days she yelped. Poor baby ... felt like a horrible mommy!:panic::( |
Was her injections she's getting microchip in two weeks I'm dreading tht! We were same I tht ppl wld come running she was making Sutch a racket was pets at home too :) |
YIKES.... If she was that bad with the injections ... Wow your going to have issues with that microchipping... to be fair it is a pretty big needle... I wouldn't want it stuck in me either!!! Don't know what to tell you except ... it will be HORRIBLE  she will really yelp and cry with that chipping! Also mine got a bit nausious and got a bit ill on her last injections and microchipping ordeal. She slept for most of the next couple of days. You really feel like taking the inject yourself so that they don't have to go through the pain:( But it will be worth it in the end. I bet the woman that lost her Yorkie in Florida is thanking god that at least hers is chipped so even though it doesn't have a tag at least the chip will be of use! Good luck with her she is gorgous... diva or not :) |
Hi from doncaster uk, honey is a real cutee, my baby is just a lil older than her sam is 12 weeks old and keeps us on our toes lol he is zooming around the house now lol :) love him to bits, sam cried and cried when he has his jab that they heard him in the waiting room was dreading him having his chip done but the vet said since he cried so much when he had his jab he would pop his chip in when he has his hernia op so he wont feel it :) |

shellaroo Fingers crossed that the chip doesnt hurt your little diva to much, thankfully sams op is a little one even so am dreading it :( |
I am in Scotland as well and also new to yorkietalk!! I had the exact same problem with the biting. Monty is now 5 1/2 months old and has pretty much got the biting under control now but still has most of his baby teeth. I am anxious for them to fall out and his adult teeth to arrive, I have plenty of scars to mark his puppy stage that\'s for sure!! Hope you have as much fun with Honey as I am having with Monty!! |
