Whose Going To Crufts 2009!
 
Me, mum and Amelia are going on the Toy breed day, which I believe is Friday. It's also Flyball and Agilty day! :D

Who else is going? I wanna see who I might get to meet!!!!

I shall be going to Crufts on Toy day to see the yorkies but i am not showing this year, it will be the first time in 5 years that one of my dogs has not been shown at Crufts. Yorkie has retired from the show ring and Hensleigh never qualified this year mainly due to the fact that I did not attend as many shows as usual because of the expense and travelling expenses. I shall be there with my daughter on Friday and again on the Saturday for gundog day as my daughter has an interest in gun dogs and shows her labrador (also not at Crufts this year)

We looked for you and Hensleigh last year but we just missed you. I'm sorry Hensleigh didn't qualify this year.

I'm going - have just been booking my tickets on-line - and am really looking forward to it. For the last two years I was in hospital over the Crufts weekends so haven't been for a while.

I'll be a bit sad as I haven't got a dog at the moment; my Peke had to be PTS in 2007 and due to my own health I've not been able to get another dog. Crufts will certainly make me start thinking about dogs again!

regarding Crufts for anyone who is interested in seeing the Yorkshire terriers Toy day is Friday in Hall 5, Ring 36 and judging starts with the dogs at 10.00 a.m I shall be there minus a dog but interested all the same and supporting my friends

Oh the agility is soooooo much better when you watch it live. There is such an awesome excited atmosphere and the dogs LOVE it. I hope to get time to go and watch some this year between shopping!!! :D

I hope to see you there. I'm hoping we get to the NEC around 9.30ish depending on traffic and also Amelia in the morning. It's a shame I won't get to see Hensleigh but I hopefully I'll get to meet you. :)

More info for those interested - Crufts is not being televised this year but you can watch the group judging each day on the Kennel Club site but only for each day

Wow, I didn't know it wasn't been televised. Understand why after the whole BBC/Kennel Club thing.

Yes we are going but not on toy day. We usually go on the Saturday because of work & school but this year we're going on Terrier & hound day as we've been more recently on toy day and our other 2 terriers come into the Terrier group so we thought it would be nice to go on that day for a change. We can at least go and see some Yorkies in Discover Dogs area. I love seeing most of the breeds in there. :) Snow has been mentioned for the middle of the week (I hope not though or if it does that it snows and clears up before the show starts ....otherwise I will have to get ski-ing there.:;))
