Need some information... Hello Group, Good Day to everyone. Just a question. When selling a yorkie, and male is full breed, and female is not, why must you sign a non-breeding contract? I thought your dog had to be registerd with either CKC or AKC in order to sign a contract. Just curious. Thank you Sally |
Registered or not anyone can ask you to sign anything. :aimeeyork |

It is usually a breeder making sure that the dog will not be bred at all. Mostly because it can be very difficult to breed small dogs and quite possibly life threatening, so they are just looking out for the dogs. |
