bought a yorkie from Jennifer Cheung Has anyone ever bought a puppy from this person before? |
Not a name I'm familiar with. Hopefully someone else here can help you out. |
I'm not familiar with the name either but there are lots of people on YT that may have. |
Sorry I don't know her, but someone will. What did you get a boy or a girl? |
o i just saw her in the local penny saver. :D just wondering if she was a breeder i can trust, thanks! |
does she have a website we can look at? |
|
i think i put the title wrong, i did not buy one from her yet. i was seeing if someone has already on this forum. if so, if i can get feed back. sorry! |
Nope I would not recommend. This is either a puppy mill, a broker or a scammer. Her ads on Nextday pets http://www.nextdaypets.com/directory...id/699700.aspx For the YOrkies the same pictures are used for two different ads, two different alleged puppies for sale. Also who in their right mind would breed a 3 -3 1/2 lbs female which is what she is claiming. APR is not a bonafide registry by the way. Puppies as listed are way too small way too young to go anywhere. How did I find the ads? I googled the phone number on the Pennysaver ad. Run the other way very quickly. |

Hi wanted to know if you purchased the puppy from Jennifer yet I have spoken to this lady and she is indeed a puppy broker she is not the breeder. She also sell many other breeds of dog such as pomeranians and shih-tzu. She is located in Diamond Bar |
from the response, i did not buy it from her. |
good decision. If you are still looking, PM me for some breeders closer to you. |
i sometimes will check the pennysaver-and call some of the people selling yorkies(we are beginning to look for a sibling for Avery) I know MOST of the people in here that are selling yorkies are NOT people i would buy from but i check them out to see and OF COURSE i have ALL my QUESTIONS for them.. i can tell RIGHT away if they know what they are doing with this breed and if they even CARE about the lil ones(not just the sale)-alot of them think i am crazy for asking my questions. uhh hellooo!! that right there is a red flag to me. ANYWAYS- i believe i had called her almost a month ago(if this is the same lady, i think it is). She could not even really understand my questions and her accent was pretty thick.. when i asked if she had the parents on site, she said "her friend breeds them"-NO thanks!! Also that she had someone coming to look at the lil one and that i should come NOW to see him.. i never even told her i wanted to. there were a few other things that were sketchy(and the convo. went downhill from the start) i dont know.. she was nice enough-but NOT someone i would EVER feel comfortable BUYING my yorkie from. glad you decided no. (at least i think that's what you said) |
Another option Check out Yorkiepassion.com We didn't buy our pups from Kim, but she helped us with getting our pups from someone else as she didn't have any at the time we were looking. I am very impressed with her, and her pups are quality. You have to apply to get one of her pups. Even if you don't get a pup from her, the website is full of great information. |
