Looking for a Yorkie Puppy.. I live in Sacramento, CA.. Don't mind driving a little ways to find a healthy puppy.. Thanks!!

You're going to get all kinds of private messages based upon this post. I'd suggest you try to find a reputable breeder in California first.

One thing you can do is look at other peoples' past threads, look at people in California's dogs, see which ones you like and ask them where you got your dog.

Pick a breeder first- then a puppy.

Thanks for the suggestion... I'm new to this website... Do I just click on their name to send a private message to find out where they got their dog??

I actually posted a thread looking for a breeder first.. I did look at previous threads and posts but almost all of them say to just go to Yorkie Terrior AKC breeder list, and there was only 2 listed on there in my area, I made contact with them and unfortunately, I can't afford their puppies...

You can start at the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America's website. They have a breeder referral page listing breeders in different States. (ytca.org)

I have 3 babies I purchased from a breeder about 3.5 hours from Sacramento. I always recommend them. Beautiful dogs with great dispositions. Theyre awesome people, very friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices as well. If you're interested, I'll be glad to message you with their info. They don't advertise.

We have some very cute puppies available now. Our nursery is in Los Angeles but we have had many families who came from Sacramento and even Arizona for our puppies. If you see a puppy on our site you would like to have just let us know and if we think you can be a good forever home for one of our babies we will work out the finance :p

Hi. Were you able to find a puppy? I was wondering, who were you able to contact? I tried looking through the YT Breeder Referral list and no one ever replies to me. If you don't mind telling me who you were able to contact in a PM, I would appreciate it. Thank you. ;)
