Yorkie Angel Breeder Info Has anybody gotten a dog from this breeder in Dixon, CA: Teacup Yorkie Puppies for Sale Yorkshire Terrier Puppies for Sale Tiny Teacup Yorkies Breeder of Tea Cup Yorkie Puppy Puppies and Yorkshire Terrier Dogs For Sale California Breeders Yorkie Angel .com I live in San Francisco, and am looking for a breeder with reasonable price and within driving distance from my home, rather than finding a Yorkie online and having it shipped to me. If anybody knows of any other breeders in the SF vicinity, please let me know. Thanks |
Hi, I live in Petaluma and am looking also. I really want a female. I'll keep you posted if you do the same.. Good luck, |
yorkie angel I have been there two different times to check out their pups. They are very cute. I have heard some awful things about them. I think that they charge waaay too much for them. The guy and his wife were nice but I would perhaps look elsewhere. Check sacpaws.com. There are a LOT of yorkies on that site, plus its only 25 minutes further than yorkieangels location |
Yes, I have heard some good, but more bad about sick puppies. Research more on the net, or do a search here on Yorkie Talk. good luck... |
I would check with Yorkie terrier Club Association, find a good breeder and save yourself lots of money and heart ache. If you get a sick dog you will pay oodles and oodles in vet bills. There are lots of akc breeders on this site that will give you a health guarantee on a puppy. It is good that you are here and asking questions before you buy. I know lots of people that bought and then spent hundreds in vet bills. Do some homework and make a good decision for you and your family. |
Here is a name of someone sorta close by that is a good breeder. Listed on YTCA La'Bel Esprit Betty Cabrera Pleasanton, CA 94588-3931 (925) 846-8064 |

I got my little yorkie from a guy in Brentwood. He has a friend who is a breeder. He was reasonably priced. I told him my price range and he was able to get me a female in my price range. She is registered with America's Pet Registry. She came with a registration number and the registration numbers of the Dam and the Sire. I checked into it, actually just today, and she is legitimately registered. Although......She was shipped from OK. Which I was unaware of when I received her. You can read all about it on the thread Brokers vs Breeders. She was 8 weeks old, had all of her shots, dewormed and dew claws removed. She was happy and healthy. He even put a bow in her hair for my 4 year old daughter. She has a great disposition...she is an exceptionally great puppy. I took her to the vet the following week and she was very healthy. I checked into the Dixon Yorkies. They are beautiful dogs and he will even work with you on a payment plan. (kinda like layaway) but... they are quite pricey.... |
I'd stay away from any breeder who advertises teacups. No such thing, it's an advertising ploy to get more money. Go to YTCA.org then on to breeder referral. 8 weeks is much too young, they are just being weaned and mother does so much teaching between 8 and 12 weeks. If she was 8 weeks of age and had all her shots, the shots are absolutely invalid. You don't give the first vaccine until 8 weeks of age, until then the pups have mother's immunities. 2nd shot at 12 and 3rd shot at 16 weeks. The registry of preferance is American Kennel Club. |
Yorkie Angel was a scam, puppy mill. I bought my first yorkie from Yorkie angel and had a vet bill over $2500. She was a very sick little dog but now leads a healthy life but has to be on daliy medication for the rest of her life. |
