Interested in Healdsburg I think they are adorable. I've been thinking about a new little baby in our family. I just love dogs, and my neighbor has the cutest lil' Yorkie ever. I had big dogs as a child, but as a busy adult I have only owned a cat. Now I work mostly out of my home, and my other office is 'dog friendly'. My husband is home full time, so that works well too. My brother and his wife live nearby, so baby sitting is no problem. They have a lab (outside dog), a very old shephard mix, and an inside cat. I look for reasons to baby sit the 'grandkids' as often as they let me. I enjoy taking the lab for a walk, and playing with the kitty. The older dog gets hugs and such, but walking is too difficult for him at this time. My only concern is 'potty training' my yorkie. I see they have the 'belly band' for boys, what is available for girls during the training time? P.s. I'm happy to see this forum here. :) |

Of course I mean "adding a new little puppy" when I said "adding a new little baby". I just read that in my post, and realized that might not read how I meant. Yorkies are just so darn cute. I got carried away, I guess. haha! |
no full tails, I think the picture is just deceiving. And for potty training girls, they make panties, but I think your best bet is a excercise pen, with pads for when your not able to be with them. I see your only over the hill from us. Give me a call if you want to take a look. |
Yorkie Thanks Linda. Yes, I'm right on the other side of the hill from you. I will be in touch. I can see you love your Yorkies a lot, and they appear healthy and happy. I've been looking at supplies today, a new carrier, play pen, food, and the likes. I will call you. If you can send me additional pics, I will send you my e-mail address. Thank you! I'm just curious about the tails. What do they mean by the 'tails cut'? Are they short by birth, or are the tails clipped short? |
They get their tails and dewclaws cut when they are between 3 to 5 days. I do it depending on the size of the puppy and how well they are doing. These babies have had both done and two sets of shots, going tonight for their third set. Just so you know, Im lowering the price to 1200 beginning this weekend, need to put another ad in the paper.
