Since I had a complaint in a separate thread, I felt I needed to bring the same attention to this thread to commend this breeder for doing what she said she would do- clear her name and make it that the dogs I purchased could be AKC registered. Credit should be given where credit is due. I would like to thank her for coming through.
My situation is resolved and I wanted it to be known.

I do apolize to this breeder for doubt the papers would not clear. I had little faith or trust after everything was so mixed up from the beginning. ALthough I feel I had valid complaints, thats not what matters now, because it is now water under the bridge and it is now resolved.

I, Fonda Vandiver had a female AKC champion sired for sale. My friend, Larry Smith, said he knew someone that would want her. I said ok. I wondered why it was kept a secret who was buying her but he promised she would have a good home. When I ask if he had mentioned the problem with the papers, he said he had told her and it was ok. So, I was lied to. I have always been upfront with people. I raise great dogs. Why do you people keep badmouthing me? How many of you have actually met me or for that matter bought a dog from me? I think most of you just aren't happy unless you are badmouthing someone. GET A LIFE.

Unless you know a breeder, why make bad remarks about them? The other person involved was Larry Smith. He was suppose to be honest to this woman. I wondered why the sale was kept so quiet on his part. I didn't even know her name until she came to get the dog. I ask him if he had told her of the problem & he said he had. He has cheated me out of 2 female pups. We co-owned the bitch and he sold the pups after I told him I wanted mine. Maybe he lied about other things as well.
