Buyers Beware 1 Attachment(s) To all my breeder friends. Please Read and Share: I purchased a 20 month old Yorkshire Terrier male from a lady in France by the name of Nadia Daijmoaa. Here is the rest of her information: Des Diamants Damour Yorkshire... and on Facebook her page is: DesDiamantsdamour Yorkshire. I asked this woman if she shipped in Cargo because I didn't want the dog put in cargo, that if she did, I had a currier that would go there to get him for me, so as to prevent as less stress on him as possible. Her reply to me was No.., she loved this dog and wanted only the best for him. She wanted to bring the dog to me and see where he will live. That is what made the deal for me. She asked me for the closest hotel and I offered her to stay in my home. She also had a female for sale and asked if I would show her to my friends here. Well I did and one of them wanted her as well and sent Nadia an additional $3,000 US Dollars, which she was told included shipping. It was after my friend purchased the female that the terms of her original agreement with me changed. Not only was my dog not going to be hand delivered as promised, now I was expected to pay a shipping note for cargo that I did not want or agree to. After she received both our money, she then sent a message telling us that she was not coming here and that the dogs would be shipped in cargo and not even to our state.. Or, we would have to fly to France to get them. Obviously that wasn't what we agreed upon and we both told her to re-fund our money. She now is telling me that she is not sending me the dog and she is not refunding my money either and the same for my friend. I have tried everything possible to reason with this woman,Including having friends in France and Germany try and call her and she does nothing but hang up on them as soon as they mention my name. I have a certificate of sale with her and nowhere does it state that she can keep my money. She says the reason for her not wanting to send the dog is because I change my mind to much..This woman is a thief plain and simple!!! If anyone has changed their mind it is her. I do not want others to be her next victim, as she now has the dog I fell in love with up for sale again. So please take a moment and send this flyer to every breeder you know here in the States and abroad. Here is the Flyer showing you the dog that was suppose to be mine and the woman who stole a total of $5,500. I have proof of everything I am stating. Including Facebook messages.. Pay-Pal statements and a Certificate of Sale to show anyone who is interested. Those of you who know me know I am an honest person and am having a very hard time with this. I am asking all of you for as much help as possible now to stop this from happening to someone else. I truely believe this woman has done this before and maybe even with the same dog. As I feel she planned this all along. If she sees this and makes it right by returning our money, I will be more then happy to remove this post. I could not understand if she is a reputable breeder why she would want to tarnish her name.. Kennel name and reputation. Key word, Reputable. If she does not make this right by returning our money,I will make it my mission to ensure that everybody knows what she's doing, so that I can prevent it from happening to someone else. Thank you for helping me share this. |
If you payed with paypal you need to file a complaint with them and send them a copy of all communication between you. They will investigate and can get your money back. |

It's sad but the more that people continue to buy dogs from people they have no clue about the more that this stuff will keep happening. On one hand I am sorry because I know I am not helping you get your money back, or validating your position plus you are probably saying some of this stuff to yourself, but reading these type of stories so often on YT just makes one feel like banging their head against a brick wall:( |
Donna . . . I know Stormy . . . She is an excellent reputable show breeder. She is one that you would want one of her dogs ! Show breeder to show breeder is a different world. I shared her story on Facebook. . . . It is really important that we let everyone know that this woman Nydia is not to be trusted . . A scam artist. I have seen the communication between them. . . Stormy was scammed by this woman. . . You all know me . . I am not a gullible person and I tell you like it is. This is all true and we really need get the word out about her. . . . Thank you ! |

While I don't show or breed I have some understanding of that world and know that international sales do occur and things are a bit different, but still most of the principles YT members preach are still the same. Twenty years ago I bought my first of four yorkies that came from show breeders. Each of those breeders either personally knew the breeder they would buy a dog from or at the least knew their reputations, or knew people they knew, or saw their dogs at shows and knew the handlers. I was wondering if that was not the case here because she said she fell in love with the dog in a photo which had me thinking she fell for the dog not the breeder. When that happens in a long distance transaction no matter what the price of the dog you are opening yourself up to a possible scam. So while I think it is good to get the word out about this unethical breeder I also think it is important to say buying a dog this way can often lead to problems. I wish her luck and hopefully others reading this thread will think about this situation the next time they are tempted to send money to someone they hardly know. |
Stormy, I've heard bad things about this breeder. I hope you're refunded. I wish you the best. |
Stormy I see we have several FB friends in common one is an international flight attendant who makes frequent trips to Paris, perhaps you could further try calling this breeders bluff by saying she will pick the pups up. Once you make that offer and if she declines that, plus the courier and also refuses to come to MI like she originally agreed up I know paypal will return you money. I have gotten a large refund after receiving an item that was misrepresented so I could not see your refund request being turned down. I assume that you have opened a dispute and this is more about getting info about the breeder out there. It's shame that you can not trust people but the internet proves this over and over again. |
In order for paypal to step in she must notify immediately. There is a statue of limitation on how soon you report a scam. I hope she's contacted paypal already. |
I wanted to say that Nadia Daijmoor and myself has worked together and I have received my male Yorkshire History. He is a beautiful sweet boy and has been well taken care of. I am happy that everything has turned out good. Nadia was very concerned and kept in contact with me to make sure he got here safely and was ok. We are working together and now I am just waiting for History's export papers to arrive in the mail before I can register him with AKC. Thank you Nadia we are in love with him. |
Always enjoy a happy ending:D |

This is not fun and I was out no money and they didn't have my name but they got rich. One Can Never Be Too Careful On The Internet. Hope Pay Pal will refund you both the money but they want their money back and since it's France I wonder what they will do. Wish you all the best and my heart breaks for you. |
Did you wire the money? |
Glad you received History and he's in good health |
A friend of mine was taken for $3,000 recently from her. She warned me about her when I was looking for a puppy recently. |
