I don't see it as educational per se, but it does go to the heart of the matter of how deep some people will go to defend questionable breeding/sales practices.

Elaine, I disagree with you, this thread should be allowed to stay open. drboolittle started this thread to defend Susan's breeding/brokering practices and I suspect did so with the encouragement of Susan. drboolittle and Susan in the future might consider what can happen when.....a) you sell sick puppies, and ...b) you defend a bad breeder/broker.

That may be true but it is involving people that have closed the matter and are now being brought back into it, not to mention by a person who has no first hand knowledge of anything that happened. I don't think that's fair that for one it should have been allowed to reopen to begin with, and for two be allowed to continue.

I requested the first thread be close and it was allowed to be restarted. That's not fair and at my request (And I think it's a reasonable one) it should be deleted as it should not have been allowed to be restarted to begin with.

I also disagree. I believe it should be left open. Other people may want to purchase yorkies from that woman and they need to be FULLY aware imho.
I have NO idea why anyone would want to hide that information! I am quite frankly sick of all of the people who breed and buy TINY yorkies. It is asking for problems and the more attention to the negative side of it, the better imho.
I don't care that the woman gave money back...that does not make her a reputable breeder in my way of thinking.

Oh, but it is a reference indeed.....it is a LOT of exposure that people NEED to know. This is a good thread for someone wanting information on the breeding practices of these people!

And, quite frankly I am sick and tire of being drug through the fields by a tractor for buying a tiny. The original thread I MADE AND HAD CLOSED IS AVAILABLE TO READ. THIS THREAD DOES NOT HAVE TO BE CONTINUED. IT SERVES NO PURPOSE and since I am the one personally involved. I am asking Admin to delete it.

I am quite confused as to how you think you are being drug through the fields. If anything, I think people have been pretty nice to you while you were looking for and posting all over about a tiny. I have to say I avoided those threads like the plague because to comment might have been interpreted as so. BUT...THIS thread is not about you...it is about the breeder. The woman who started it was touting the virtues of this breeder and I firmly believe that it should stay. At the very least I hope admin if he does anything simply removes what YOU feel is against you..but leave the breeder comments out there for all to see.

You know what you bought, why you bought it, and all of the risks. You chose to ignore them...and now you are upset? Sorry Elaine...this is NOT dragging you through anything. It is trying to protect other people who actually might want to be educated.

I hope it stays open also because it shows what lengths some people around a breeder will go to protect them

I had already admitted my mistake in my original thread yet, it is being continually brought up with comments like "I'm sick of people buying tinies." I said what I said in my original thread. I am trying to move on, get my dog over what is hopefully the end of what she had and enjoy her.

Jen, I do not disagree with the motive behind this posting. I don't. I just want it all to end. We don't need five hundred threads with the same people mentioned.

I don't even know why this person was suspended, hopefully it will turn into a ban and stop the nonesense all together.

All I know is since this thread I have been sick all over again. Christ all I want to do is come on here and share pictures of my dogs and not have to constantly upset seeing my name and my dog being associated with bulls**t lies someone posts to cover up or defend what really happened.

It was not a mistake. You knew the risks. You did it...case closed. Does not mean I have to say I approve. It is why I avoided the other threads. I sincerely hope that you enjoy all of your pups. I believe you have others besides the two tinies? I would hope that they all enjoy good health. I hate to see sickly pups.
THIS thread is about that breeder...and if it also brings to light the risks of looking for a tiny yorkie, so be it. If you feel it was such a "mistake" then you should want people to be aware. :)

If I am correct the only member that is allowed to request a thread closed is the OPer who is now suspended. Funny thing about this entire thread is I never really put the pieces together until yesterday when Drbollittle linked all of these people together. If you then go back to your original thread we can now link one more person into this mess. Another(breeder) member who posted she spoke directly to Glenda.

I just love intrigue and this story keeps getting better and better by the minute. :thumbup: I've got an excellent memory and can recall small details like a Parti breeder claiming to have never spoken to another Yorkie/Parti breeder/seller/broker/miller or whatever you would like to call Glenda. Makes me go HMMMMMM what's really going on here? :eek: Why would someone who has no previous involvement vehemently come to the defense of Glenda after speaking to her for the very first time :rolleyes:

And, for the record even reputable breeders have tinies, just as you have bigger Yorkies in the litter. When I posted I also mentioned the fact that while I was looking for a tiny (A sister for Brooklyn who turned out tiny) that I was only interested in buying from a reputable person, not someone that breeds purposely for tinies.

I made a mistake trustiing someone I shouldn't have. That was the only mistake I made and I paid for it and am still paying.

So you want me to believe you had no idea of her breeding practices and never looked at her website. OK.

I explained all of this in my first thread. You believe what you want. I'm done explaining. It was my mistake and I paid for it. I know the good you do in rescue. I don't spend as much time as you do but I do put a lot into it. If you feel you have the right to judge me then go ahead.

People talk about reputable, but I did contact YTCA Breeders and also stated what happened with that. One with an open font, and only two who actually said they won't sell a tiny, the others I spoke to would have gladly handed me a tiny for the right amount of money.

I'm not arguing anymore nor apologizing.
