Ok let's get facts straight, even though this is not about Reviewing Susan Mitchell / Tiny Terriers. I am the one in KY that has the 3 Marshall daughters and yes I have showed them. I bought them from Betsy on a stringent “Show Contract”. In regards to these girls being sold to me on Open Registration, it’s common knowledge that if you buy a dog on a Show Contract the dog is sold on Open Registration.




Gogo was a UKC Champion, Hanna broke her leg and as wonderful as she was missed the window of opportunity when she needed to be socialized and has now been placed as a spoiled pet to a wonderful man.
I am close to Betsy to this day and in communication with her regularly so I’ll further set the record straight; as far as I know Betsy and Masrshall’s previous owner never bred him outside their own kennel. Marshall was not for public stud.



Susan Morgan is not Crestwing. Marshall Dillon is owned by Tiny Terriers Susan Mitchell.

My name is Shannon Morgan and I am Susan Morgan's daughter. My mother has no intention of "defending" herself on YT. She does go in and has been following the ridiculous threads although most of the time she gets emails from people copying and sending her the info. My mother was asked by Glenda not to answer Elaine's original emails since the puppy was sold by Glenda to Elaine. She asked my mother not to have communication with Elaine and she did not until the confidentiality agreement was signed by Elaine. My original thoughts were that at the appropriate time I would post on YT and answer some questions but after seeing my friend Julie's post (yes she is a real vet), I realize that what Julie had to say was mild compared to what I have to say and I would never get a chance to say what I want to because my thread would also be shut down. Only certain people are allowed to berate. lie, and exaggerate but someone that comes on here, states she is a vet but does not leave a copy of her license for verification is kicked off? Sounds ludicrous to me. I copied this entire thread and have inserted my answers to many of the postings. If anyone is interested in viewing it, simply email me and I will send you a copy of it. That is the only way I can be heard since simply telling the truth or giving your honest opinion seems to be frowned upon in this venue. I certainly am not pointing my finger at all YT members, just the few that seem bent on stirring things up. My mother also has written a very long letter that she sends out to the people that have written her asking "what the heck is going on". She has sent it to a few people - some from YT also with her version of the real story. Some people have written to her and inquired rather than joining the frenzy that has gone on in YT. Below is my email address and I am happy to send anyone that inquires a copy of this entire thread with my comments interspersed. But like all emails, it is my property and it is not to be re posted on YT. If I wanted to post it here, I would do it myself. Thank you for listening.

How convenient, is all I can say. Yes, let's wait until the confidentiiality agreement is signed and then strike then Elaine can't say a word. Well, the confidentiality agreement does not prevent me from saying that your mother when she finally did decide to open her mouth, not only waited until I was unable to respond, but also threatened family. I agreed to your mom's demands to prevent my family from being involved and hurt. Both of you leave me and my family alone and stop continually dragging this on and on. You can tell your vet Dr.Dumblittle the same.

If this does not stop I will be at the prosecutor's office with your mother's emails and file charges and since you mentioned Glenda asking your mom not to talk to me until after the confidentiality agreement was signed I'll have my attorney look at whether or not this agreement was proposed in good faith or whether it was just put in play so I can be attacked and not be able to defend myself and I will see what recourses I have with all of you, including your vet who has lied.

I let this all go and lived up to my end of the deal, even trying to have this thread closed to prevent any problems or unnecessary people from being hurt. That shows good will and it shows my intent to keep my end of the bargain.

I suggest you all do the same or we can go legally further with this.

Another word on here from you or your associates you'll hear from me legally.

Why would a breeder insist on a confidentiality agreement over a PUPPY? I've never heard of that before. When I hear someone has a confidentiality agreement, I tend to think someone has something to hide - something they don't want publicly known. Are there other reasons to insist on one? :confused:

Better yet...why would a Breeder threaten to even "hurt" the family of the Buyer...that is bizarre to say the least!

Elaine...just to threaten my family would be the last straw for me and I'd have made this a legal matter right then!

If I'm not mistaken, confidentiality agreements keep BOTH parties from talking or authorizing some one to talk for them. At this point, if a threat has been made, I would definitely be filing charges.

As for why the poster in question has been suspended, it has more to do with violating YT rules about reopening closed posts and the language she used while it was being done. The post was deleted. Let's just say the posting wasn't exactly professional.

It would be interesting to hear if there are any other puppies purchased from these people and how they are doing, if they are healthy or is they there purchased sick like Mia. We all know that brokers are not a very wise choice when it comes to making a puppy purchase but some find this out after the fact.

:confused: I saw I was quoted, but I'm not understanding you question. My response above wasn't to do with an agreement. I was responding to Megansmom who said she'd be interested to see if any one else with a sick pup comes forward. ;)

Sorry I was being sarcastic and meant that they wouldn't come forward because she probably pulled a confidentiality agreement with them too to stay quiet. It was definitely not meant to be mean to you, I was instead digging at her for being a horrible breeder.
