Fortunately, in the end it all worked out, since I ended up getting an amazing little boy from another wonderful YT breeder. I don't mean for this post to bash Breny in any way, and I believe that she is a reputable breeder with quality puppies. I just hope she realizes that the way she went about with the whole dealing, was very wrong and unprofessional. It was like she strung me along and then suddenly shut the door in my face. I don't know if this was an isolated incident or not, but I hope no one else has had this kind of dealing with her and had to feel the way I did.

Breny, if this is how you normally deal with prospective buyers, please, please consider taking a better approach. Let people know if there are other prospective buyers and let them know when a deposit is required. And to anyone looking to buy a puppy from Breny, I would advise you to inquire about any other prospective buyers and also ask about a deposit as soon as you can, if there is a puppy that you have your heart set on.

I really hope I don't get any backlash from this post :o I know that people can tend to be a little biased when it comes to respected members of the forum. Please look at this post/feedback the same way you would if somebody was writing a review of a breeder outside of the forum. I know I personally appreciate all reviews, be it good or bad. I hope this post serves more as constructive criticism, rather than negative "bashing" of any sort :)

First of all, I didn't think that expressing my feelings in someone else's thread was a no-no? I never made a judgment against Breny, I used facts and comments from what happened, and interpreted them accordingly. You guys, on the other hand, just assume that she was simply trying to place the puppy in a better suited home. Do you actually know that? No. Being that I was the one in the situation and know the specifics, I'm 100% certain that wasn't the case. She even said to me that shes reserves the puppy to the first person that gives her a deposit. That doesn't sound like she thought I wasn't suitable for her pup? And she was the one who came to ME, offering ME one of her puppies. I did not initially come to her.

I don't understand why everyone is so offended that I post my thoughts in "this" thread. Just because it's a positive review thread, I have to completely agree with it in order to post? What if somebody came on here posting a "positive review" on that horrible breeder of yorkiepup.com? Would people not be allowed to chime in and give their thoughts - be it good or bad? The point is, nobody is perfect. Good reviews come with bad reviews, and vice versa.

I thought I would just post and say I honestly know that I can not make EVERYONE happy and I for one am certainly not even close to perfect, but I do try my very hardest to produce healthy, well socialized puppies that I really try to match with the perfect families. Getting them into the best home for them and their personalities is my first concern.
