Sorry, I have to say this, it would appear you have done very little homework in looking for a breed quality Yorkie or you would not have bought from this woman. I hope you do not plan to breed her unless you are planning on bettering the breed.

Please take the time to look at the threads in our breeder section so you can do what is right for the breed and your little girl.

For someone so innocent, you sure are very defencive!;) Do you want my number as well, be GLAD to talk to you?

Since you are an "expert" of this breed, tell me, why would you suggest "no one should take a baby yorkie from mom till 9-10 weeks? Why would you place a puppy in a home with two small children? Why would you support APRI? Again just asking since you are the expert!;)

I just wanted to share with everyone that I am not the Loretta people are complaining about on the internet.

I reside in Chesapeake, Virginia, and to date I have had one litter, and sold only one puppy from that litter.

I am seriously thinking about changing my domain name and website content because I do not want to be associated with ANYONE that sells sick puppies.

You say you are Loretta from LorettaYorkies.com. Do you mean that there is a LorettaYorkies.com (you) and a LorettasYorkies.com. and the only difference is the "S"? Yes, I heard the "aunt" or nephew story too. I was angry for years and I hope she goes to jail someday and rots in her own cell. I will help u if I can.

I'm confuzzled. So are you saying that there is a lorettayorkies.com and a lorettasyorkies.com and neither one is the breeder in question? Is the breeder the OP spoke about even still in business?

I know, it's so confusing, because even though she says she's not the Lorettasyorkies from California on her webpage, that's the site that comes up when you do a search. I don’t think I would want to use the same name as someone with such a poor reputation.

Are you Joking? What we should be doing on this site is educating the new parents that are interested in adopting one of our babies. Not bad mouthing each other when there are other things in this world far more important. I will answer that for her... No one should take a baby yorkie from mom till 9-10 weeks becuase like the Maltese, Pomeranian and any other baby that is small and pron to fall with hypoglycemia this breed is very frigile and when/if there are tiny ones in the litter they should stay with their mommy longer. Why would you place a puppy in a home with two small children? Some children are in fact very gentle, You cant tell everyone with kids that they cant have a small dog because they have kids. Now I have seen some bigger kids act like animals when they came into my place and I told their mom she would need to pick a larger pup. I'm sure as a loving Breeder she checked it out. Why would you support APRI? Why not I support the AKC CKC IBC and most registration because lets face it they are all Dog registrations. THE AKC is not perfect! She is located in California. And if anyone questions you...they can look up past judgements through the court and see how many times she has been sued because there is PROOF she is bad.

When I first purchased the domain name www.lorettasyorkies.com I knew nothing of Loretta Yorkies out of California. Had I known I would have used a different domain name.

I reside in Chesapeake, VA, and to date I've had two healthy litters and have references.

I am seriously considering changing my domain name. I spend way to much time trying to convince people I am not the Loretta who sells sick puppies.

I am wondering if Loretta from CA use to own the domain name I have now.
