Lexie's 7 at 6+ weeks 3 Attachment(s) First I am sorry for not keeping you up on this beautiful litter. They are a lot of work, and I went back to school the second week of August, so I have just been too busy. The first picture is of Mom and Dad, Harley and Lexie. Harley is fine, loves playing with his babies, Lexie weighed in at 8.2 pounds, and continues to work on getting down to her 6.5 pre-preg weight. She has completely weaned the babies, but still is very active in cleaning them and socializing them. She is the best Mommy ever. Both parents allow visitors to meet the babies without any worries. They next two pictures are of the babies that have already found their forever homes. Gidget, red ribbon, female weighs 1 pound 9 ozs. The next two are going together: Maxx, green ribbon male weighs 2 pounds and Emmey, orange ribbon, female, weighs 2 pound 2 oz. The two families are actively bonding and visiting with their new little ones. The puppies are getting their 8 week shots on Sept. 15, and will be going home around Sept 29. |
The other four!! 4 Attachment(s) Beau, purple ribbon, male weighs 1 pound 13 oz. He is a leader in the group. Is always the first one our to the porch, first to climb up my leg to get attention. We call hin Beau because his face has so many colors on it, and it looks like a rainbow. Blue Boy, blue ribbon, male, weighs 1 pound 10 oz. He is the smallest male, but is not pushed around at all!! He was the first baby to let me rub his tummy laying on his back in my arms. He is very trusting and loves a good petting. The third picture is of Lady. She was the first one born, wears a pink ribbon, and weighs 2 pound 5 oz. She is the fluffiest of all the puppies, and my Granddaughter's favorite. Lady has been held and loved by all of us, but when a 3 1/2 year old thinks you are it, you get a lot of extra attention. Lady gives kisses easily and is the peace maker of the litter. Last but not at all least is Sunshine. She wears a yellow ribbon, and weighs 2 pounds 4 oz. She is a lap baby and will "ask" to be picked up when she can see you in the room and your lap is empty. Hubby says she is gifted...she learned to use the sliding glass doggy door before her Daddy mastered the task. She loves to play and chases toys that are thrown for her. The weights mentioned were their 6 week weights, and they will be 7 weeks on Tuesday. They all have little teeth that can bring tears to your eyes when they go after your toes. They are a real special group, our family loves each one of them!!! |
They are so cute..... Nice big family you have... |
Charlene, They are so adorable and growing up so fast. It seems like just yesterday we were waiting their arrival. I know what you mean about time consuming. Our eight will be 5-5.5 weeks tomorrow and they are a handful. Getting so much fun and playing. We love them so. I will try to get pics of them next week at 6 weeks as I just posted pics not too long ago. Best of luck with finding them all loving forever homes. One of our lucky boys has found a forever home and I think he will be spoiled rotten. That is what we wish for all our babies. Blessings to you and the furkids |
They sure have grown up to be little cutie pies. I especially love blue boy,lol...He's got that look in his eyes like "Take me home pweassssseeee!" I hope the all find wonderful forever homes, I've still got a female out of my litter of 3 to place also. My little boy found a great home and is already spoiled. Good luck with them!!! |
