Genetic Seminar The BTCA is sponsoring a seminar with Broc Sandelin PHD, after the IABCA show at Whittier Narrows, in So. California Saturday August 25th. Broc Sandelin is a geneticist with his education in Animal Science, Breeding and Genetics. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Animal and Veterinary Sciences, Graduate Program Coordinator, College of Agriculture. This seminar is being held to aid us in better understanding genetics in breeding, recessive genes, piebald genes, etc...... We have received some questions to be presented to him prior to the seminar but would like a whole lot more. Please post any questions you might have or email them to Myrna at; mretana24@msn.com We will be updating all times places and further information. Please let us know if you plan on attending as we are opening the seminar to all that are interested. This is very exciting as we will have the opportunity to have our specific questions answered. All further information will be posted on the BTCA site. |
What a wonderful opportunity to meet other breeders and to hear the speaker talk on these subjects. |

I'm sorry that I didn't specify. It is the Biewer Terrier Club. |
The Genetics Seminar will be held August 25th at the Holiday Express Inn in Rosemead, Ca. This location lies within the proximity of 2.5 miles from the dog show. Due to limited seating, reservations must be received no later than August 15th. Refreshments and a light dinner will be served. The seminar is open for anyone wishing to attend. There will be a $15.00 cover charge per person for non-members of the BTCA. Let's make this a success by turning out for this informational event. __________________  |
