I'm assuming that the dog comes from This Time Kennel. You might want to ask Mary about the dog, she would know if he's from her mentors kennel.

i figured it had something to do with Lee Grimswalt. I think that is the lady's name. i am hoping Mary will see this. I know he would be an older dog. Possibly even no longer living.

Dee, I spoke with Mary and she doesn't recognize the name. If you can give me more information, I'll see what I can find out. CJ, is This Time and Lee is a wonderful lady. I lucked out getting Mary and Lee as mentors!

I'm gonna correct you, CJ is of strong This Time & Pastoral pedigree, of which I'm proud and blessed to say. But CJ is a Mardelin dog......

Yes, Mrs. Grunewald is my mentor, friend, adopted mother, without her I'd be nowhere. She tightly line breeds and you can always recognize a This Time dog in the ring.

Sorry, 'bout that! I just take it for granted that everyone knows CJ, (also known as Charmer Junior) is Mardelin's Let Party Now and that you are his breeder, my good friend and mentor and we WILL keep "that look" going.

I checked out the pedigree on your website and found that This dog is about 6 generations back. I'd like to know who the sire and dam were, that would tell me how the dog was obtained.

A bit of info, the last 3 generations of a dog's pedigree are the contributing factors of what makes a dog. Sire/Dam, GrandSire/GrandDam & Great GrandSire. That is unless the dog is closely line breed and/or unless a certain dog appears on the pedigree several times....anything way back has little contribution to the dog.

As you know, I am well aware of that as you have informed me many times what you think of my pedigrees . While you were there did you also notice the mistake in the first gen being listed SouthWinds. that is in the process of being corrected. but just wait until you see the pedigree of the new girl I'm possibly getting. you won't be able to see anything negative about that unless it's something along the lines of how did iend up with such a dog. LOl. sorry i'm grouchy today. i have had my two small grandchildren for three days now and am going nuts. meant no offensse Mary. I'm just like you. I speak my mind and that is what my mind is right now. Thanks for all your advice. believe me, i have learned a lot since I have been researching. i don't know anything elsee about the dog because it does appear at the very end and is not a champ or anything. that's why I asked.

yes you have been helpful in pm's but you have almost always tried to undermine just about everything I have said on this board. Funny you had to point all the stuff out about the dogs in the five and six generations not counting on anything, as you have many times, but yet you never mentioned all that red in front of that dog on that pedigree. there have been many times you have made references to something i have said without addressing me directly. how do you think that makes me feel. don't worry about me asking you anything else. if you notice it has been awhile. i suggest this goes to pm if there is any more to be said. but I am done. this thread is a few days old and I have found out all I need to know about the This Time line., you and your mentor. i have researched the line while trying to find out about this dog and also spoken to people that have gotten them straight from your mentor.

I owe mary an apology so want to post it here. I was very rude. bad day but no excuse sso please accept my apology. I have researched this line andd maybe getting a dog from the Tis Time line and trying to find everything I can about it. the girl I MIGHT be getting has mostly This Time that is the whole purpose of this thread . plus the fact that it does show up in my males pedigree way back as mary said and I plan to breed him to my new girl, if i am fortunate enough to get her.. so I want to apologize to any one that reads this thread and especially Mary for being rude.
