Does anyone have any experience with them?

I was interested in seeing what lines she had, so I asked her for a pedigree, but she wouldn't give me anything, so I passed her up. But, I was looking for more than pet quality, so I'm probably of no help..sorry
I do know there are some reviews in the breeder reviews section if you want to look.

i have puchased two of her babies and they are the most loving and beautiful little darlings. i purchased one 2 months ago and just got another one last thursday.
kathryn is very very nice.....she calls me constantly to make sure everything is ok and if i have any questions. she is very knowledgable and wants to make sure you are happy with your babies.

Her website advertises "teacup Yorkies". Isn't this a red flag? Does she charge alot of money for her so-called "teacups"??

I do know there are some reviews in the breeder reviews section if you want to look.

her dogs are pet quality. they are not bred to be champions but she will only breed to improve the breed. she will not let anyone breed one of her babies if she doesn't feel it is not breeding quality or is just breeding just to make money . she breeds for health, temperament, and beauty. she follows the AKC standard very stickly although she does have some small ones every once in a while. her lines are her own breeding stock. she has worked on her line for 26 years. everyone you see on her site is who she breeds. my pedigree has her own stock listed and a couple of others from another breeder but mostly her own. if they are not on her site, they have been retired.

Where on her site does she advertise "teacups" i don't see it

she only adhears to the akc standard....if they are too small to breed she will put limited reg
she does not breed her small yorkies, they are house yorkies and she does not breed for them to be small. she tries to keep them to the standard 5-6 lbs but if you know yorkies, when you breed them, they can throw out small babies.
i looked at her site again, she does not advertise "teacup" and it is no where on her site
if i am missing it, please let me know

i forgot to add this.....you must be looking at the wrong site. all of her puppies are priced so you can see how much they are.
and there is NO ADVERTISING OF TEA CUPS.

I told her I was looking for breeding quality, and she told me breeding females started at $1500. I took that to mean she would sell me one for breeding. I wanted to know her lines, but she wouldn't send me a pedigree.....

I'm not trying to say Kathryn is not a nice breeder/person or anything. She was very nice to me and was never rude or anything of the sort. You have two happy babies from her and that's GREAT!!:thumbup: I'm sure she loves her dogs and is not looking for straight $$. I am looking for breeding quality, so I need to know what lines she has in her pedigrees. She probably didn't ever send me that pedigree because she thought that I was no longer interested because her prices were a little higher than I quoted to her....

hey....this is the site but she does not have teacup anywhere in her site. w yorkies, they usually throw out a small one but she never advertises teacup.
all of her breeders (if you look at her dams), are all 5-7lbs. the smaller ones are her house yorkies, which is stated on the pictures.

her breeding line is her own dogs listed. if you see one you like, she can tell you who the parents (listed on her site) the grandparents, great great grandparents, cousins, ets.... she doesn't order pedigrees.....no need since all of her dogs she breeds are her own. this is her own line. no others.... she has worked on her own line for 26 yrs so everything you see on her site is what will be on the pedigree w exceptions of the ones who have been retired.

This isn't even a real website. It's a website you get when you type in a domain that doesn't yet exist. It pops up with similar terms. Notice there is car insurance for sale on this website? I think you have the wrong link.

yup, and it's amazing how many breeders will tell you from my first email that they sell with breeding rights.......bye bye!! lol

That's how so many wonderful lines have got into the hands of BYB, selling to someone they trusted and off they ran....breeding to anything without knowing what they are doing or carrying who they sold their dogs to. No reputable breeder would sell breeding rights without full knowledge of the person, and their knowledge of breeding & their intentions.
