Ollie is soooo cute, lol - at least you can get her to show you her belly ! Tammy will only let me peek, but won't go over at all. If it was my other bitch Tara, I'd have had no bother at all, but Tammy is shy ! :animal-pa Good luck for the whelping - not long now !!! She is a lovely dog !!! |

Day 39 4 Attachment(s) TAMMY - DAY 39 This is the only way I can get a pic of her belly properly - when I bathed her, lol. Eeeeeek ! Tammy is nearly day 40, and no way is she as big as that yet - I am a little worried, but I think she will grow more yet. I think being her first litter she only has two in there - a big and a small, by the looks of things. She is a pound heavier than normal though. Debra:animal-pa |
:D Its now she start to grow faster :) Cindy wasn?t so big now with here last litter even if she carried 5 puppies this time to. Are you sure she "only" have 2 puppies? Last time did the veterinary only see 3 but it was 5. I check here with ultrasound. |

Oh my G** ! Poor Lilly ! She is huge !!! There must be a lot of pups in there !!! Only day 51 too ! Tammy is normally 4lbs, and on day 40 is now 5lbs6oz. She is not big, and can't have many pups at all compared to what you must have ! Would any of you think her weight is ok, me being a first time breeder - I think there is only one larger, and one smaller in Tammy. She is not big yet, anyway. :) Thanks so much for putting those pics up, as it is great to compare ! :D I think Lilly must have more than three pups in there !!! |
Lilly still has a lot of room in there also. She doesn't look as tight as drays, so maybe she won't be as miserable at the end and can still walk. |

When in dought listen for the hart beat. I find it very exciting to hear the hart beats and try and count how many. I am pretty good at it now. But with Shimmers litter I only heard four , one was hiding............. |
