you can keep it here....I will keep checking for awhile...if you need me, you can always call, I'm a light sleeper usually and don't mind the phone ringing in the middle of the night...it sure won't be the first time..lol.

Ok that's good...she has calmed down and is sleeping again so I guess she's comfy for now :) Thanks again...I really appreciate it.

I just want to say to the breeders - (and members) that you guys are so great ! way to go Stacy and Jules & you too Bettyeanne !! - It's so cool seeing you guys on standby for the moms having puppies.

good thing I don't breed cause phones would be ringing off the HOOK:)

:sidesplt: Thanks, Villette!! You do know, of course, that I'm strictly here to cheer?!?!? :p My idea of being a breeder had always been ... if I were a breeder I would be great! I would have everything perfectly scheduled & organized. About 2-3 days before scheduled birth, I would check my little pampered princess into a nice little hospital and at the appropriate time, the vet would deliver/assist all my tiny gorgeous Yorkie babies!! :p Boy! YT has really opened my eyes .... leave that to the experts and those with the nerve to do it!! I'll cheer!! :cheer:

Oh hey, I think that hospital sounds like a breeders dream come true! Sure WOULD be nice if the dogtors did it that way for our babies. :rolleyes:

That makes 2 of us - I'm strictly here to cheer too:D I love reading these kinds of threads cause on the off chance that I'd EVER be in that position - I would have ALL THIS knowledge tucked away in my head but I'm with you - a nice private room in a hospital with tv and doctors & MEDICATION for mom sounds PERFECT !! (the HUMAN MOM) lol

Hermionie is becoming very spoiled I think...She won't eat unless I feed her bite by bite all the sudden:confused: :confused: I'm so worried that she won't eat enough that when I put food down for her and she doesn't eat it then I pick it up and see if she wants it from my hand...What's up with that??

Little more nesting goin' on ...Oh and I forgot to check her temp ....

Just took Am Temp it's 98.0

I forgot to add that last night and now again this morning I have been listening for heartbeats again like crazy and they were everywhere lol lol I might be crazy but 2 of them seems much slower than the rest. I have no idea if I can really tell how many I'm guessing 4 lol lol But hoping only 2 cause my miney is so tired ;)
I thought I heard 3 fast heartbeats and 2 slow BUT I know she's not having 5!! NO freakin' way lol lol :confused: :confused:

So what's the idea for the sex of the heartbeats?? I could never remember that for my human babies :D

Thanks Lisa..I'm hoping today is finally the day it's day61 the day the vet said to expect :animal-pa the pups :animal-pa we shall see.

Had a bit of an internet issue...Think things are good now...

Shes up and walking around a bit...Her breathing is a little quicker but I wouldn't call it panting at all..Other than that she just went out to tinkle and here we are.

"Birthing Hospitals" for our pets!!! What a fantastic idea! :p I'm really surprised that there aren't already some out there. My gosh! We have everything else for them .... why not?!? ;)

I vote we start one! LOL Find us a couple reliable vets to be on call 24/7 for laboring Mommies to be! :D :animal-pa
