I am sorry to hear this. May I ask how old she is? Did the vet not offer to try giving her fluid through an IV? Was any bloodwork done?

So sorry to hear about the little one. How are you keeping her warm? I have an incubator so that really helps out. When they are not doing well they tend to go off by themselves, if you leave them with Mom, so make sure she is staying warm and never feed a chilled puppy.

Allie just had four almost 3 weeks ago and one was 4.5, two were 4.0 and one was only 2.75 oz. I lost him within the first 24 hours. He had respiratory dificulties from the beginning and I felt he was premature and his lungs hadn't fully developed. I also stayed up with him all night, but it wasn't meant to be. On a happier note, the other three are doing great and are fat little rolly pollys. I hope you are able to help your little one. My prayers are with you.

She is five days old now. Fluid is only offered through a bottle and droped on the tongue. She is too small for an IV or bloodwork :( She was only 2.85 at birth and is smaller than that now. She is alive this morning, but I think the time has come for her to go. Her only movement is breathing and she won\'t even swallow the milk any longer. It\'s all very sad!

You are in my thoughts and prayers . I really know what it is to take care of a puppy of this age . I rescued Nathan when he was 3 days old and It wasn\'t easy everyday.

I\'m so sorry your little one is having such a hard time. I\'m praying for her, but what\'s meant to be will be. I hope she pulls thru, but if not, then Godspeed little baby girl.

I am so sorry to hear she is not doing well. You know as I do that sometimes it is just not meant to be. Try as we may it is Gods plan. You know you have done everything you can and she knows too. God Bless her little heart. I will pray for a miracle.

You all have me shedding a few myself, I am such a sucker for any animal!!
