I am located just east of McKinney TX. I Have been raising Yorkies for over 20 years. All my puppies are raised in my home and positively will not be let go before 12 weeks of age. I have a lot of repeat buyers and usually have a waiting list. I have made some wonderful friendships through my yorkie babies.

I offer free boarding for my yorkie babies. I like to stay in touch with my buyers. I love getting pictures of my babies and watching them grow up.

Trying to breed the best possible Yorkies is not an easy venture, it's very time consuming, not to mention all the costs involved. Please see my website for more information on our set-up - dogs and what to look for and look out for. Please be aware there are a lot of genetic disorders in the wonderful breed. Do your research and don’t buy the first puppie you see. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. After all this is a lifetime commitment.

Once a year I have a yorkie reunion and everyone gets invited back. We have a big bar-b-que. Everyone brings there little furbaby and we have a wonderful time. You can make some wonderful friendships and gets lot of good tips from other yorkie owners just like yourself. These are just some of the pictures from 2005 yorkie reunion.

We sell all dogs as pets. No Breeders or pet stores or brokers please.

It is always best to visit any home of any breeder you are interested in. :thumbup:

It is good advice to go to the breeder's no matter where they are or send a friend.

Check the court records in the Collin County Texas courthouse. I know someone who sued this breeder and won a judgement against her. It's all a matter of public records. Be sure you visit any breeder you are getting a puppy from. HappyJack
