Has anyone heard of this breeder?
 
She's Peggy Sorenson from Verdin, Illinois, we just bought a 6 week old Yorkie from her today, but I'm not sure if shes completely healthy. Has anyone heard of her?

Sorry I have never personally heard of her.. But placing a yorkie puppy at 6 weeks of age is not something a reputable breeder does, sorry.. A yorkie puppy should never be placed into a pet home until they are at least 12 weeks of age.. How is she eating? Have you looked to see if her puppy teeth are in yet? You also might want to take a good look at her gums and make sure they stay a nice healthy pink color! If her gums start to look grayish you need to boost her glucose level.. Karo Syrup works great for this if you do not have Nutrical on hand.. Make sure that you feed her wet food, I believe that she would have a difficult time eating dry food at her age.. Has she been given any vaccinations or wormed? I would try to get her into your vet on Monday.. There are alot of wonderful breeders on here that I am sure will post some other helpful suggestion for you to help her.. My thoughts are with you and her~

Pudding Recipe~
 
This is a wonderful pudding recipe that can give to puppies and a mama.. It works great and I have never had a puppy not like it! My pudding recipe was to large to place on here.. But here is a link to some WONDERFUL recipe for puppies without there mamas.. Hope this helps!~ Melanie

I am new to yorkietalk and I have a new yorkie mom and 4 puppies. They were born on March 24 2006, I have 2 little girls and 2 little boys and Mom & Dad and they all wanted me to get your pudding recipe. Mom (Roxy) can't wait! Dad (Auggie) said he will eat anything Grandma (Me) cooks up! and the 4 little ones aren't ready yet but are looking forward to the day they can try your yummy pudding! So I know you said it was too big to post so I was wondering if you could email it to me? My little family and I would appreciate it very much.

No, I have not heard of her. That is entirely too young for a yorkie pup to be placed. Larger breeds may be okay but not a toy breed. What was her reasonings for selling them so early? Did you get a contract with this sale? Did you get a health guarantee? What about shots and wormings? You need to get the pup to a vet. You can also get Science Diet puppy food or the Science Diet A&D to feed. WOW! I cannot believe a breeder would let them go at 6 weeks! :thumbdown
