You can sell anything on ebay. That person has been on here before selling dog semon at an extreme high price so I am not surprised. I think their name on here was Westcoastyorkies.

What do you mean? I buy horse semen all the time from California and it is shipped in a special refrigerated container via Fed Ex, UPS or the airlines.

I think she means according to eBay's rules. :)
