Well I have a topic I would like to discuss.. Yes it may get me suspended from this group..

I have been referred to as a broker today, which is so far from the truth it is pathetic! I have been told I am not honest and I have no integrity.. I would like to know what gives some people and some breeders on this forum the right to slander and defame some breeders on this forum? Especially when they are stating nothing but a lie? I am an adult and try to behave like one.. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt unless they prove me otherwise.. I have worked very hard for what I have and my dogs are given the best of everything!

I would also like everyone to know that my life is an open book and so is my home.. I also felt the need to defend myself and my character..

This is a question that maybe you need to ask yourself.

I just may get in trouble for that but with everything that has happened these past couple of months...why is it okay for one person to do it but not the other???

I have never personally in a thread slandered anyone.. Anything that I have stated has been a fact.. The sad part of it is, if you do not know someone and you have not been to their home, then you know nothing about them..

Melanie please don't feel like this. It doesn't matter what people think. I need to take that advise myself. I am sorry you are so upset. I'll pass on the advise I was given by a sweet person earlier..walk away from the PC for a while. Do something. Play with yoru babies, read a book, go for walk do something. You will feel better when you come back, trust me.

I've seen some really cheap jabs. It really hurts, I know. I hope I can help you feel a little better.

I have noticed the same thing.

I have read every thread on here and Melanie has never told a lie about anyone. She only tells the truth while others write things all the time which are untrue.

To refer to Melanie as a broker is beyond ridiculous in my opinion.

It doesn't make any sense.

I did not ask for you to slam me.. I ask why does some people and some breeders on this forum feel the need to slander and defame other people or breeders? I thought this was a place to learn new things about the breed and to share our experiences rather good or bad..

I am not questioning Melanie I have spoken with her in the past about a pup- I sometimes think people take things too personally...JMO

I know I am not an 'insider' or part of the show/breed community, but like any business it is very incestuous. Everybody 'knows' everybody. The Internet makes it even more widespread as information is more easily shared and available.

So perhaps you need to stop and think about how you are treating others within this limited community. If you are above reproach, you have nothing to be upset about. Time will tell. Honorable people will come to your defense, the truth will be revealed, and you will have nothing to worry about.

In the interim, just try not to take things personally and get so upset.

Once again, I'm not sure what all the history/drama is, but YT should be a fun place for you to come.

I have a cousin who lives in Kentucky named Deanna...that got several emails slandering a breeder from YT, and one was from you that I sent to you in your pm's.
